I am really disappointed with this service.
When we first enquired about this service in early 2022, the company had great communication and was eager for us to access their service. They were initially very helpful and supported us up until we made a purchase. Because of this perceived customer service, we went on to place an order for 500 custom cardboard boxes with Claw in June 2022.
However, when we received the order in August 2022, the boxes had clearly been packed and sealed in plastic while still damp from the printing process. This caused a majority of the boxes to be useable as they were not pliable enough to fold along the dielines or strong enough to hold the product.
We subsequently contacted the company via phone calls and WhatsApp messages to explain the issue and shared pictures and videos of the damaged product. We were promised a replacement delivery of boxes in October 2022.
Despite multiple calls and messages following this commitment, requesting an update on the delivery status, we did not receive the boxes. The company went on to promise delivery on various different dates which were all not fulfilled.
This delay in delivery has caused inconvenience and financial loss for our business. We were refused a refund despite the poor product and communication and received a replacement 8 months later.
