I stayed at the Clayton Manchester Airport. On the plus side, the hotel is close to the terminals and runs a free shuttle service. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant w... See more

Perfect and quite hotel in centre
I stayed in Bristol. Quiet and spacious hotel, just a few minutes walk from the centre.
The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Ideal hotel for work or tourism. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, very healthy and with multiple choices to choose what you like.

We stayed at Clayton hotel Manchester airport for a night .highly recommend it rooms are lovely with bath and tv and hot drinks avaiable in room. Restaurant is good but a bit pricey
NO STARS HERE!
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!
Went to the clayton hotel Manchester City centre today for Afternoon with my wife, The service was very underwhelming.
My wife's a vegetarian but l'm not, the "food" came but all I had was 2 baby bite size chicken mayo sandwiches. Everything else was cheese.
Including all of my wife's "sandwiches." Served to us on slithers of stale bread.
I've had tastier food in a Tesco meal deal!
After a half hour wait, we had to go to the bar to ask for our Prosecco.
After attempting to eat the "sandwiches" we gave up and started on the desserts.
Again after waiting for at least 15 minutes, we had to go back to the bar to ask for our tea.
Tea arrived with 2 coffee cups & a paper cup of milk, which had some kind of black bits in there!
The staff were idle, I'm absolutely shocked at the poor level of service.
Such a shame because hotel itself looks very nice.
It was a complete waste of money, the "food" wasn't fit for human consumption.
No stars here and I definitely won't be returning!

We had a staff festive lunch at the Clayton Silver Springs in Cork. Two years on the trot and they never disappoint. Great food, great service and atmosphere, special mention to Antionette O'Leary and all the staff.
Perfect service
Stayed 1 night before a trip to Paris with my daughter. Staff are very attentive nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Alex in the restaurant who made the start to our trip extra special. Well done Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport
Great breakfast
Great location, close to Chiswick park for business, tidy rooms, friendly personnel and decent fitness room. Great breakfast
Be aware Clayton Manchester Airport
Be aware! do not use the QR code at the restaurant we sat at table 1303 and stayed in room 209, we got charged twice for a round of drinks costing £20 for a rum and coke and a vodka and Sprite, the first attempt was ordering off my phone it was not going through just spinning so I asked the waiter what to do and he took my phone and cleared the browser and said it will be ok? My wife straight away re ordered on her phone on the QR app and the order went through ok, the next morning it showed that the money had been taken out of my account so I spoke with Maria Sivakova and she told me the orders get erased every night and would be hard to find? She then got a guy over who said it would get sorted? It’s now Saturday 23rd of November and still no refund! Won’t be returning simply as don’t like been ripped off!
Clayton Hotel Silver Springs Cork
We stayed at the Clayton hotel in Silver Springs , firstly I have to say the staff were really lovely especially Rose in the restaurant and Harradid in the bar, very polite, friendly and helpful .. the room
Was nice but the TV dident work we had a choice of moving but as we were settled in the room we declined, we had dinner in the restaurant we ordered steak , mine medium to well done , it was red and very tough, Rose was really nice and dident charge us , we ordered a nice Rioja wine but they hadn't got it so we ordered an Australian Shiraz which was a tad sweet .. all in all I was disappointed with the hotel , having stayed in the Clayton in Cork city this Clayton hotel disappointing, we will definitely go back to the Clayton in Cork city 9/10 but won’t return to Silver Springs
What we’ve experienced in clayton Birmingham worst hotel
What we’ve experienced in clayton birmingham is that all the staff there is not aware about customer service or hospitality they will pass you to person to person and i follow up a item that we left this people couldnt be trusted in a room never again to check in in place like this you can have my firestick brums nicking person
Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport, don’t use it if you’re disabled person rooms are not fit for purpose
Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport stopped here for one night and a disabled room shower flooded had to get towels because of that much water. The emergency pool cord was missing completely. The toilet was not fit for purpose. If you wanted to lift the seat you couldn’t because they had a backrest that was far too big in my opinion. This was not a disabled room but it disaster room, wouldn’t recommend stopping if you’re disabled tony broughton
Clayton Hotel Cardiff
Clayton Hotel Cardiff
The room was standard and clean although the toilet seat was askew. He’s the bad bit. The breakfast was the worst we’ve had by far in all the hotels we’ve stayed in. Sausages were so hard I had difficulty cutting into them. Bacon was hard and mushrooms were deep fried and literally black. We couldn’t eat it. We are booked in for another night but we’ve decided not to have breakfast at the hotel tomorrow which we’ve already paid for and just cut our losses. Disgusting!
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend. Great staff; wonderful location and lovely views.
Very disappointed with customer…
Very disappointed with customer service. Arrived to their time scale and room wasn’t ready, had to wait in bar for 40minutes.
Then Fire alarm went off twice in middle of night and when I enquired following morning, I was told they couldn’t help it ! No finesse, no apology !
Very welcoming. Lovely food
My husband and myself ate here yesterday evening in Bar 55 and were welcomed and looked after very well by Amelia and Ivan.
They were really helpful and engaging.
Thank you both 😊.
Awful online booking service only…
Awful online booking service only stayed for two nights spent far too much time at reception, totally wrecked stay, wondering how many people people have been caught out by double billing, nice hotel and location pity about the service.
Convenient for business short trips.
Charged twice, no apologies
I stayed at new Manchester hotel. The rooms are ok. Nothing particular stands out about them.
I had extend the stay by 2 nights which i did on a broker website. The hotel then somehow got my card details and decided to take the room fees again. I got the money back after a series of its not our fault conversations with reception. No apologies and the refund came through 3 days lafer.
It ruined the stay which became about what i could afford instead of enjoying it. Won't go to another one.
A bad memory
I am sorry to give one start review.
I was in London and stayed at Clayton hotel Chiswick for 3 nights. The room was very cold from the knees down. My daughter 9 months old stayed with me. She had a baby bed provided from the hotel. No blankets or duvet. She had to sleep with her outside suit to keep warm in the night. If that is the way you want to treat infants please note it so people with infants can go somewhere else.
I talked to the staff and the manager of the evening was rude and tried to get me to slip and say something wrong and be satisfied with nothing. He did not listen and was really not bothered.
I wrote a formal complaint 17th of January 2024 but received no answer. I followed up on the complaint 2 times, once by phone and once by email. And I have still not received an answer. This is reason for my review. Mistakes can happen, but I find it unacceptable that no one cares to answer a formal complaint AND follow ups.
I can not recommend Clayton hotel Chiswick.

Outstanding staff lovely hotel perfect for our visit to Manchester. Micheal the duty manager was absolutely amazing, polite and friendly, it made our stay
Clayton Hotel
Clayton Hotel, Leeds. Photos do not lie! The spaces we occupied were spotless – clean, spacious, modern decor/fittings, well finished/equipped and beautifully lit. Staff are on point, ready and attentive. Restaurant is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. – menu offers something for everyone at great value – my food intolerances weren't a problem. Lots of attention to detail. Return visitor here. All the stars :) Absolutely recommended
