Cleanify Melbourne poor job

Cleanify Melbourne
They steam cleaned our carpets that left some sort of substance, we called them again and again to redo the carpets or provide us with a refund but no call back.
My husband had a small carpet steam cleaner that he then used to try and remove whatever was left on the carpets and I cannot describe how much dirt our steam cleaner picked up!
That means Cleanify did not do a great job at steam cleaning our carpets. Please avoid.

This company charged a tenant of mine…

This company charged a tenant of mine $596 for a clean and steam clean of carpets and claimed 100% bond back guarantee however carpets were not cleaned and it was very evident property not cleaned. When approached they have stated as it was raised with them 14 days after (house has been vacant and no one has entered other than myself) they wil not re clean leaving these renters having to hire another cleaner.. disgraceful - DO NOT HIRE

Terrible Result!

Terrible result, Terrible Service.

Booked an end of lease bond clean, I was able to successfully reschedule which is the only positive about this company.

I received an email 2 days before the (Booked) bond clean saying, we noticed you didn't book your clean, do you wish to proceed. I emailed them and they told me the clean was not processed. I supplied my address and told them to check again to which, without apology, they confirmed that it was already booked.

The clean was booked for 10am. The cleaner text me the night before saying he had to change to 12pm (That was fine) I had a plumber coming to my new rental to fix a leak at 8am (morning of the clean) The cleaner text me at 8am asking to access the property at 8:30am, which I was unable to do due to working around HIS reschedule, to which he expressed his frustration that I was making it hard for him. We stuck to the 12pm time that HE requested to change to.

When he arrived I had to help carry his cleaning equipment from his car to my unit.

The day before the clean, I went through and gave the unit a really thorough clean to improve all chances of a full bond refund. (the place was practically spotless minus the oven and rangehood) All kitchen cabinets were perfect.

There was an additional $40 charge for cleaning the patio

I went back the following morning to check the clean quality and much to my dismay he'd left it in worse condition that I had.

- 2 windows had been sprayed through the flyscreen before he realised he couldn't remove the screen so he left them sprayed in cleaning solution.

- All kitchen cabinets were covered in smears and hand prints.

- He had dripped a cleaning solution from the bench down the front of the stainless / gray dishwasher leaving a dark stain that could not be removed

- The patio was still dirty with dusty, debris and leaves (that hadn't blown in overnight)

- The bathroom fan was untouched and still dusty

The property manager joined me that morning to collect the keys and told me "though I am okay with this bond clean as I can see you did keep the place in a good state, your bond cleaner is SH** and you should be putting in a complaint.

If I hadn't done such a thorough clean the day before, I dare say the result would have been far worse.

I took photos and sent them to their receptionist Nicole who had been handling my booking and have been ignored.

DO. NOT. USE. CLEANIFY CO.
