What a gem of a find on the internet! Less than 24 hours between placing our order and receiving delivery. What service! The mower was extremely good value and was quick and easy to order from their website. Super customer service from Cleanstore! My Ava pressure washer came with a cracked foam cannon bottle (Ava's fault - poorly packed box) and Richard sorted me out very quickly with an entirely new, like for like replacement foam cannon. The order itself was already on sale and came with a ton of free bits and pieces, so yeah really good experience.

Perfect customer experience
I purchased a karcher detergent pouch from this company. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was quick and simple. The price was exceptional and no other site could match their price. Although I did have an issue with the courier service regarding delivery after contacting Cleanstore they immediately answered my email and forwarded a replacement by a different courier. Fast forward into a new month and my original parcel was finally located by the couriers and forwarded to me.i contacted Cleanstore who advised to keep the parcel even though I was willing to pay! That’s excellent customer service is it not! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Bought pressure washer on Friday online and paid for delivery on Saturday. DHL messed up and I didn't get my delivery. Called them on Monday got my money back for Saturday delivery and they sort it out and DHL deliver next day . Great customer service will be buying from them again Thanks Cleanstore

Great Service
Ordered a chainsaw, best price online and one of the few suppliers that posts to Northern Ireland.
Great, tracked delivery via DHL. “Mystery gift” received on its own as the chainsaw is dispatched separately, directly from the manufacturer. I contacted Cleanstore as I was concerned the chainsaw had been lost by the courier, but they confirmed the above on the phone and were very polite.

Unfortunately Hyundai advised they are currently experiencing an error with their internal stock system, with the system showing stock against products they do not have available.
As our system has a live stock link to the Hyundai's system this resulted in you being able to order a machine that was not in stock, & your order that was due to be shipped directly from Hyundai not being dispatched.
Following receipt of your order on 3rd February on a 2-3 working day leadtime, we queried the dispatch with Hyundai on 5th February as we had yet to receive tracking information for you. On 6th February we were advised of a possible issue, & following confirmation of the problem / Hyundai's inability to fulfil the order on 7th February, we contacted you via email to apologise & confirm a full refund had been processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this unforeseen issue has caused & the obvious frustration at not having received the product you had purchased.

Ava P60 Master pressure washer
After finding that Cleanstore had the pressure washer I was looking for and were the cheapest online, I decided to purchase my AVA pressure washer. It said it was refurbished but when I received it it looked brand new to me.
