Honestly couldn’t fault this service start to finish, I felt so stuck and had no idea how to handle my debt situation which was causing massive stress but thankfully I spoke to Adam Green who was just amazing. He explained everything really thoroughly but easily so I knew exactly what was going on and just generally put me at ease through the whole process. He was there to support me if I ever had any queries which were always cleared up straight away.

A little about my situation before these guys helped me sort out all my debt I was in a big dark hole after loosing my mum and taking out far too much credit as I moved houses on a few occasions I was so lost and I felt just trapped being a single mum and constantly paying large amounts out to the creditor's myself and two children suffered.

Until I found these guys they are out of this world helpful and understanding to my situation if you are in that dark place please reach out iam now paying a set amount a month no stress and in 6 years I will be debt free you can too just make that call it will be worth it xo

When I called I felt so stupid for making a mess of my finances but when I spoke to Julie she put me at ease. Julie explained all my options and didn’t push me into going with any of them. Now that I made a decision I now feel as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and throughout the process Julie has been there. I can’t express enough how fantastic Julie has been. If you are considering going down this route I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter put me in touch with this company.. I was on the floor, my mental health was so bad, I couldn't go out, sleep or even talk to people.. My debt has spiralled out of control and although I tried to speak direct to my creditors, they were awful, especially HSBC. They pushed me to my final limits. I contacted Clear Finance solutions, my first contact was a lady called Julie, she immediately made me feel comfortable enough to talk about my situation and assured me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and after our conversation, I felt that I had the strength to move forward with my situation. Speaking to someone who actually understood and cared was a relief, Julie had lifted some of my grey clouds.. I was then contacted by Sian to start the process rolling.. Sian was lovely and talked me through every process, again with empathy and understanding. I can't explain the feeling that I has, knowing that someone was actually listening to me and wanted to help.. I was reassured at every step of the way.. This company is amazing, I am sure that have saved a lot of people.. I know they saved me.. Thank you all so much for making my life so much better.. I would recommend this company before any other. I was in a bad place with my health and fell into arrears. I contacted and was supported by Jess, Julie and Sian. I was so stressed as when I tried to make arrangements to pay they wanted so much money I would only have £50 left for travel n food for the month. Some were so rude and threatening. I explain my ill health and that I could provide proof of this...there was no compassion. I am a carer as well for my partner with Parkinson.
Julie, Jess and Sain listened and helped, due to my ill health/hospitalization during this time, delays occurred in getting my IVA sorted. I wanted to pay back. I was an emotional wreck, as I only finally got diagnosed with crohn's and colitis on 27/7/20 while they were supporting me.
I am today, accepted on the IVA, I feel relieved and positive things are now finally after 8 years of misdiagnosis I'm getting back on track.
I can not say how wonderful these beautiful ladies were, they listen to me, often when I crying in frustration. A kind word and reassurance these ladies gave me all throughout the process.
