As with most people, I avoided speaking about debts as I was embarrassed I’d let myself slip into this hole yet again. I constantly told myself I was on top of the situation and just kept telling myself that it would get better, when actually, it was just getting worse....

Scrolling on Facebook after having another little cry about money, I saw an advert for Aunty polly. I thought to myself ‘what’s the harm? Worst case I leave with what I already know’.

After completing the form, I called and got through to Darren who is an an absolute angel!! He took the time to understand my background, genuinely sympathised and even gave me health advice, as he mentioned his daughter suffers with similar issues to mine (well over and above his job! But also just shows you how nice and caring he is!).

He immediately made me feel like he cared about me and took the time to reassure me countless times, dealt with my crying the whole time and still managed to make me leave the call with a smile. I even started to feel ‘lighter’ and that the massive weight on my shoulders wasn’t actually as big as I had thought.

Darren not only made me come to terms with my debt and my options going forward, when working out my budget he also made sure I actually had enough money for myself to enjoy and properly take care of myself. Probably sounds silly to some, but I always put my debts above my own needs or wants - I haven’t had a haircut in years!

I cannot recommend this service enough, especially Darren, to anyone in that is in debt and is struggling. He removes any embarrassment and is very open and honest with you.

Again, I just want to thank Darren. He really deserves the recognition :)

Thank you Kyle and your team today I finally decided it was time to do something about the ever pile that is my debts and with covid thrown in for good measure it hasn't been easy so I saw the add on facebook and thought let go for it. I can't thank Darren and his team enough! I was very anxious about talking about my debt and worried about my options. But I didn't have to worry, Darren talked me through every process and explained everything, he also made everything so easy and stress free.
Iv now set up an IVA and feel a massive weight has been lift and it's now time to live with out the worry of my debts.

Was having huge issues with my debt and didnt really know what my options were. Came across this site and was contacted by Julie who was incredibly helpful and understanding. Perfectly explained what options were open to me and then helped me every step of the way with my IVA application, I dont know what I would've done without her help and I'm hugely grateful, it was a huge weight off my mind and legitimately life changing.

I needed help with my debt, as you can imagine when i started looking at places, i had a number of calls. I had a whatsapp from Adam and i googled and these reviews helped me make my decision so hopefully they will for you.

Adam was amazing from the start, didn't judge me for getting into the situation and made me feel very easy. Answered every question under the sun that i asked. I then spoke to Sian who again was amazing, made me feel at ease and actually managed to have a little laugh about things.

I'm still going through the process now but things are looking good and positive but mainly i wanted to send a massive thank you to both Adam and Sian for all their amazing help and making me sleep again at night.

Julie made me feel very comfortable and explained everything perfectly! I had been really struggling with dept and was too ashamed to make moves towards improving my situation so just buried my head. After one phone call with Julie my mind was at ease. I had viable options in front of me and for a long time, light at the end of the tunnel. Had a call with vinny to start with who was very clear and calm on explaining the way things work and going through finances with myself.
This was passed onto sian who went through all the details wit me again making sure everything was just right to send off to the practitioner.
Had a call with her before speaking to the practitioner to explain what was going to happen and being talked about.
Very responsive and understanding with every aspect of dealing with financial difficulties.
Had a big cloud lifted from my shoulders by talking to them

I Had been putting off doing anything like this for years down to feeling embarrassed and not knowing where to start. I was in a bad place with Money and then Julie and Louise reached out to me after my enquiry and have been incredible.

I spoke with Julie and what an amazing kind person. I felt I could be open and honest and literally had a weight lifted off my shoulders. Talking about money worries is extremely difficult and when I spoke with Julie there was no Judgement and her words were extremely kind and understanding.

If you are thinking of looking for help please talk to this company they are truly incredible with what they do.
Even if I'm not approved for the help I'm going for I feel just being able to have this massive weight lifted and knowing there is help out there has changed my outlook on everything
