Same as a lot of the recent 1 star…
Same as a lot of the recent 1 star reviews. Had a £1,500 limit for years. Never used the full balance. Always paid on time and early. Never missed a single payment but reduced my limit to £800 and then £400. I personally think they’re not making extra money from late payment fees so driving away customers who pay on time and early.

Great idea and I’ve never had an issue with clearpay. Times I use it just for security even when I can pay the full amount just it’s handy it’s safe and if you return anything your refund comes fast and they keep you updated . I’d use it time and time again when option is there .

I’ve used Clearpay for over 5 years
I’ve used Clearpay for over 5 years, never missed a payment and have good credit. Today I noticed they have decreased my available credit from £1500 to £100 for no reason at all. So I’m basically back to when I first made an account with Clearpay. I spoke to customer service on the phone and she couldn’t tell me why it had happened. If it’s not resolved I will close my account. No loyalty with them so no loyalty from me either
