I phoned Thursday morning
I phoned Thursday morning, 11th June to the Worthing branch and spoke to SALLY...She was busy I could tell from the phones ringing BUT she was helpful (the understatement of the year) and pleasant about a request for a new walker for a 94 year old relative,
She looked up what he had before and even though it was not available in the Worthing branch she found the nearest was in Brighton
She organised a delivery for me at around 4.pm and phoned to say it had arrived and that HOWARD had gone out of his way to deliver it
I collected it in the afternoon
All I can say is that it was all so easy with them to find the walker and if all businesses had such employees this country would be a world beater
I hope this is passed on to both of them

The staff at the Worthing showroom were amazing. I can't remember enjoying such a shopping trip with my husband before! Sharon and Paula served us and guided us to the most suitable vehicle leisurely with no pressure. Sally had answered the phone and was very friendly and encouraging. The fourth member of the team delayed going home to help us get our vehicle in our car. Thanks to you all!
Appalling Customer Service
My elderly parents riser/recliner chair stopped working 5 weeks ago due to motor failure, since then the level of customer support is appalling.
They have taken our repair money and still not been able to fit the new motor, causing distress and discomfort.
We will never use Clearwell Mobility again, having experienced rude staff and disappointing service.

Purchase of buggy
I purchased a new mobility buggy yesterday at Worthing branch. Although short staffed because of illness I cannot praise Sally high enough for the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend her and the other member of staff.

Friendly and knowledgeable advice
We haven't yet purchased the riser recliner chairs we're shopping for, but Wendy and Joan gave us advice on them at the Tunbridge Wells branch. They were very knowledgeable, friendly (and patient!) :-)

I would give no stars if I could
I bought an electric wheelchair for my daughter which at the time I was told was new
The Day after we purchased it it broken down
Went into the shop to explain they said they would send an engineer.
2 weeks later no engineer no phone call nothing
So yet again I went back and asked when the engineer was coming he turned up 12 days later he couldnt fix the chair so offered me a replacement until they could get parts
Said my temporary replacement would be here on monday this was the thursday
Monday came suprise still no chair
Still waiting so week later went back in the shop told I would get parts next week
Asked where was replacement chair was apparently they had nothing suitable
Waited another 10 days still nothing so went back to shop again to be told they couldnt get the part
No phone call or nothing to tell me this
So had to go all way home a 30 min drive to get chair when we turned up at the shop they asked us to leave the chair with them and they would transfer the money by transfer. We did not trust them we wanted our money back in cash as we paid in cash or directly into my bank account at that moment they refused both
At no point was we abusive or threatening we were just firm and wanted what was rightfully ours
They stated they only had the cash at their Staines branch so another 40 min drive
When arrived at their shop in Staines I was told to remove my review or I wasn't getting a refund I explained that was blackmail the lady there was nice enough and explained she was only giving me the message she was told to give
Luckily there is a police station right opposite
It was only when police arrived I was finally given a refund
Amazing how They did everything to avoid giving a refund and let my 11 year old disabled daughter go without a chair for 2 months and not even one phone call off them in nearly 2 months of all this going on
phoning them myself was pointless I never received a call back
Funny before we purchased the chair which I thought was new as we were told that at the time they were very nice very helpful that's until you have a problem then they don't want to know
I will advise to stay well clear of this company if purchasing a wheelchair or any other equipment
Also if you do go in the shop check the prices as one time when I was on there they overcharged an old man 26 pounds good job he realised and was then given the right quote i should of realised then what type of company this was from that alone
This company is vile and take advantage of the old and disabled
AVOID and go elsewhere
I have recently bought one from ukmobility and couldn't be happier with my purchase

Brilliant. I can't thank Sally and her staff enough. Their advice and help was invaluable, and Sally and her husband went out of their way to deliver the rise and recline chair personally on the day of purchase. It has made such a difference for my husband.

I ordered a rise and recline chair today from your Worthing branch and was served by Sally, she was very knowledgeable on the product and went over everything with me to make sure I was buying what I needed. She comes across as a very happy person and nothing was too much bother for her, a pleasure to do business with.
