Not too helpful

Needed to get info as dealing with Renault / Dacia head office. Contacted Clearys several times looking for quote / info for work to be carried out. I both phoned and went out of my way to visit the garage. Was promised the info.......which never materialised. I would have preferred it if they had been more forthcoming and said no in beginning rather than have me hanging on and dragging it out for for weeks. Inconvenient and unprofessional. Range of vehicles looks good, and garage is well kept. Went to another garage who were much more helpful and didn't misinform me about what they would do.
