Fantastic

So pleased with the silver blackout curtains for my daughters bedroom , the quality and price were spot on . I was kept up to date with order and they were delivered earlier than said. Overall very impressed with cleverboxes , will defo order again .

The customer service was appalling

The customer service was appalling. I was promised a call back about my parcel delivery turning up at a time I'm unavailable. I asked to the option to pick my parcel up and was just told no. After alot of back and forth and asking them to use a courier that offers the service of a pick up other than Hermes who's customer services is worse again. I even told them I work on a site where DPD have a warehouse and to use them I was told I can do that but I don't know how long it will take. I then asked them to send a new 'fitbit' out with DPD while they retrieve the old one from Hermes so the wait isn't so long I was just told point blank no we won't do that. With no real explanation as to why. To summarise, I have been waiting 10 days for a parcel to arrive and can't collect it and can't have it delivered out of the hours I work. I cant pick it up from hermes because they dibt offer that service. I can't get a new 1 sent out while they retrieve the old one with no explanation. I have no idea when the item may actually arrive. I'm still waiting for a phone call that may never come. I was spoken to like I'm an invalid over the phone. I will never use your company again.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your feedback. Having reviewed the calls I can see that my colleague called back as planned after discussing possible re-delivery options with the courier. My colleague explained that as you are unavailable during the couriers delivery times that the order can be re-called and resent via DPD. However, as the item was still out with a driver to the delivery address you specified when placing the order, a replacement could not be sent until we had confirmation it was back with us. This process is in place to prevent replacement items duplicating original deliveries.

In addition, my colleague is monitoring the return and as promised, a call will be made to you to confirm once we can have this resent with DPD.
