Great customer service

Order was dispatched quickly , had a couple of issues with wrong part being sent and 1tb hard drive not being installed before they shipped it out, after a couple of calls a replacement power lead was sent out but was the wrong one then following one more call a brand new monitor was sent and the hard drive so all was resolved , great job by Ben for sorting everything out quickly :-)

Ordered crushed velvet curtains and I have to say they’re well made and beautiful. Not bad price either. I came across cleverbox by accident I was in the process of ordering my curtains from Tesco and it said where they were coming from so I went on they website plus it was free posting. Would definitely use them again very pleased

iPad Air 2 cover - instructions somewhat lacking.

Excellent silver cover for iPad Air 2 and good price.
The one downside is the instruction manual, the print is very small and does not cover all alternatives on the keyboard. There are also problems with the translation from Chinese to English.
Despite this it was a good purchase.

Two reconditioned iPads

I bought two reconditioned iPads which too be honest I was worried about just in case the quality was not 100%! Well I shouldn’t have worried at all, both were packaged very tight and compact, they looked brand new with a clear film over the screen. My twins have used them most days since Christmas and I’m so pleased, I would definitely buy again and again. Thank you

The rug I ordered looked nothing like online

The rug I ordered came. The colour was way off and it looked nothing like the pattern online. When I messaged Cleverboxes to complain, I never heard back. Would never buy from them again.

Lovely products but....

Lovely products but I didn't receive an order confirmation or despatch email.
Absence of an order form to enable a smoother return process.
Was not clear that any returns would have to be paid for by the customer.

Poor service!

I ordered bedding, which was meant to be delivered in 3-5 days. Rang on the 10th day to say I had not recieved my delivery the lady at the customer service said it would arrive in couple days, no apologies. The delivery driver tried to deliver the package on the Friday, but no one was in to recieve and he left a postcard to say he attempted to deliver the item. There was no contact or tracking number on the card to be able re arrange delivery. Once the bedding arrived the sequences were already coming off. First time I used this company and I am very very didappointed!
