Excellent customer services

Small problem with the delivery, sorted out in minutes. You only know how good a company are when things go wrong. Hanna from customer services reassured me and sorted everything out including a new delivery and collection.

Very impressive

First time I have come across this company and would have no reservations in using again. Ordered 2 sets of curtains which arrived very promptly, are a good quality and look lovely hung in the room!

The customer service is 5 stars but …

The customer service is 5 stars but I've given a rating of 3 stars as my recent purchase arrived damaged on 2 separate occasions. The friendly cleverboxes staff sorted it out promptly and couldn't have been more helpful.
