I ordered several times before and everything was ok but last time... I bought the watch 4th of April now it's 15th of June. I didn't receive my order. I wrote to clevertraining endless time. They answered me only my first message and suggested me to wait and monitor delivery by tracking number. I can’t write a claim to USPS because it's an international delivery and they only accept claims from senders. I have neither my order nor money. Think twice if you want to use clevertrainig.

Non Existent customer service. Delayed shipping, tried to ask for updated status. No reply. Asked for a cancellation, No reply. Easily one of the worst vendors I've ever purchased from, will never purchase from them ever again.
Satisfied with experience
I went through the US based website by following the link from DC Rainmaker's page. I was a bit worried when it wasn't shipped in two days so I emailed their sales rep. The sales rep wrote back within a day and the product was shipped that day as well. The product I ordered, an Edge 1030 Plus, came in on time. I also got a 10% discount by going through DC Rainmaker's page.
Stay away
Stay away. Their phone number doesn’t work and it takes them two weeks to reply. They say the right thing, but don’t follow through. I was stuck with no product and my money gone. I had to file a complaint with my credit card to get my money back.
I was nervous, but then VERY pleased with my order
I read the reviews after purchasing my Nike running shoes (at a major discount) and became nervous that I would never receive them. My shoes shipped within a day and arrived within a week of my purchase. They are exactly what I ordered. I am very pleased with the timelines and pricing of this website! I would order again and encourage those to not only read the negative comments about the site.

I am so very upset with the severely poor customer service and care provided to me as a customer!!!! I placed the order a month ago, making several inquiries since then, only to just now be informed that you no longer have the product I ordered! The options you provided were also unsatisfactory because your asking me to wait another month for you to substitute part of my order or to only receive the part of my order you do have, which is just a sensor that will not do anything for me without the other part!!!! You guys didn't offer me a full refund, which is EXACTLY what I want!!!! I will never order anything else from this company as you don't offer timely communication, you cannot be reached by phone, and you think sending out generic messages that offer no real information to the customer about their specific order is acceptable! I want my full payment returned as I am no longer interested in any product you may or may not have! Don't let my refund take another month to be returned either! No thanks can be offered for the kind of service you have provided to me!!!

Another disappointing review I'm afraid...
I purchased a watch from Clever Training around 2.5 weeks ago. The watch actually arrived very punctually, 3 days from the US to the UK which I was quite impressed with. However, that's where the positives end. I had my watch for a few hours before it stopped working and initially contacted the customer services team of the watch brand (Polar) who were fab and tried to troubleshoot with me but with no success unfortunately. Given that it is a brand new watch they said I should return it to the retailer, Clever Training. Well, that's easier said than done!
You can't just return a product with Clever Training, you have to submit a form to request one which is then dealt with some chimp at Clever Training. I submitted a returns form for this defective product 2 weeks ago and had no response. I have since created a new request with customer services which was merged with my original request by a member of staff and have emailed customer services on that thread a couple of times since. I have also tried Twitter and no response there either. I am based in the UK and I don't fancy being charged £3 a minute to attempt to get through to their lousy customer services team, and from the other reviews it doesn't sound like there would be a team on the other end anyway! There should be nothing complicated about this return as the item is unworn and defective, however it has become something of a headache. Never have I experienced such dreadful customer service and an unwillingness to assist or accept fault. Perhaps if their customer service/returns team took as much pride in their work as their marketing team (who I'm getting a daily email from) then my faulty watch probably would have arrived back with Clever Training by now and my money would be on its way back to my account in due course! I'm still waiting...

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Returns require a return authorization which can only be received through submitting a message through their website. Submitted such a message multiple times with no response. incompetent thieves who are ripoff artists.
Will Not Honor Their Return Policy
Purchased Tacx Neo 2 on March 21, 2020. It arrived but I decided to return after Covid pandemic changed my circumstances. They have 60 return policy. I have submitted through their web site for a return authorization many, many times and they ignore me. Emailed many, many times and only got one response from person who said there is no record of my emails. What a joke. I am now sending 10-15 emails a day for return authorization and nothing from Clever Training. The only phone number is a recording that says to email them. They have my money and are not going to honor their return policy. Do not order from this company.

I've ordered a mic adapter for my GoPro 2 weeks ago and all I had received was a auto-reply email to confirm my order, never got a tracking number or anything that might tell that my order ever been processed. I've emailed multiple times and called their number and answering machine says to email their customer service They still taking orders, charging for them but the merchandise never arrives.

ordered 2 pair of shorts, not an expensive purchase. despite the shipping slip being accurate, the package only contained 1 pair in the wrong size. email, complaint form, and return form have not elicited any response. next move will be to dispute the charge. poor fulfillment and nonexistent customer service.
Charged but no merchandise!
I ordered a pair of running shoes. They billed me but never sent a tracking number and the shoes never arrived. No answer from their phone. Auto-replies on their email but no feedback on the order.

I ordered a pair of new balance shoes and paid for expedited 2 day delivery. They billed me and money was deducted from my bank account, but the shoes never showed up. They provided me a UPS tracking number, so I called UPS and Clever Training had not even given the package to UPS for delivery after 4 days. Tried calling them and it said that they were not taking calls and had email them. Emailed them, and still after 2 days and 2 emails sent, no answer. Don't order from this company. They are not running a reputable business, and can't be trusted.
teaser prices and no inventory
I recently ordered a wahoo head unit and stages power meter from clever training. This was my first time ordering. Very poor online experience. I received an email the next day saying the wahoo head unit was out of stock and that this part of my order was canceled (I went right to amazon, ordered from another vendor, and received it 2 days later). After 4 days, I wrote clever training to ask about the un-shipped status of my power meter. I got a prompt response saying it was back ordered with no eta. I cancelled the order. In the meantime while this was happening, I received 4 promotional emails from clever training. All marketing and teaser prices—no deliveries. We expect more these days.
Selling and billing for items not in stock
I bought an expensive smart trainer from Clever Training but never received a shipping notification. Eventually I emailed them and they responded to say it was on back order and I could cancel or wait. In the meantime they had already billed me for the item ($750). I waited a few more days then asked if they had an update and if not to please cancel. Crickets.... now 10 days later still waiting for them to cancel and refund the item they never had in stock to begin with.

I've seen a lot of poor ratings here so just adding my experience. I ordered a Garmin watch, had a shipping ID next day and the watch arrived 2 business days later. Happy with both service and the watch.

I had read the reviews of Clever Training on trustpilot before making the purchase. And now that my item has arrived, I'd like to contribute back the community with my own review.
First of all, I was looking to purchase a quality direct drive trainer for use with Zwift, but I was also on a budget of less than $600. As I write this, that means picking up a CycleOps Hammer on sale. There aren't any other quality trainers at this end of the price spectrum.
Clever Training was advertising the item at $599, with no shipping charges or sales tax to Tennessee. That was already the best price I could find. At the time I became aware of this, they were selling them on e-bay and had them in stock.
By the time I put together the money, they were already out of stock, but still for sale on the Clever Training website with a 5-7 day processing time. I put the item in my cart, but couldn't decide to purchase, until the next day I received a targetted email, for 10% off.
Since then I've gotten several 10% off coupons and even one 15% off.
So with 10% off, I made the purchase. $539 shipped. Nobody had that low price. They charged my card immediately, without shipping. That is something they do.
However, all my emails with CT were answered immediately. I was always informed of the status. They did ship the item in 6 business days as promised.
I received a quality, and brand new, never used unit. It works great, and I am very happy with the CycleOps Hammer (although this isn't a review of the product, it is a top end trainer).
I know that people had a bad experience usually write, so I'm writing my experience. Other than I don't think they should charge before shipping, I was willing to accept that in order to get the best price out there - and I do highly recommend Clever Training.
