It’s my first time using this service and I’m so glad to have received my prescription on Sunday evening within the promise time of 90-180mins. Considering everywhere is closed I managed to get it to use asap which is brilliant! Very pleased with this service. Thank you!

I paid £3.95 for “1–2 working day” delivery and still have NOT received my order. I placed it on Monday — it’s now Thursday and nothing has arrived. This was time-sensitive medication and the delay is completely unacceptable. I tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers the phone.
I feel misled, ignored, and let down. If this is how they treat customers, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.

I've been using their service since October 2024 and have always been extremely happy with it. Not once have I had an issue. Ahmad is always very helpful, answers all my questions promptly, and dispatches the medication immediately. It's a reliable, smooth, and trustworthy service that I truly appreciate.

I am a London customer who they advertise 90mins delivery. Yes this has an insane surcharge but in certain circumstances I have no other option.

What annoys me is after you click the 90 minute link on google this goes up to 90-180 mins, not great and a bit misleading. However you receive absolutely no tracking so you have no idea what is happening.

The final nail in the coffin is when they don’t actually deliver within the 180 minutes and I’m left chasing the medication I ordered to see if they will deliver. I was told “Please note that all times are estimated time arrival rather than guaranteed as per our terms of conditions”

I had a really good experience with Click Health pharmacy. I ordered an ointment for my mum, who has several health issues, and the delivery was super quick. Their customer service was amazing – they even recommended a herbal pain relief that worked wonders for her. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for quality care and professional support. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Avoid this company at all costs.Ordered early on Thursday morning -£5 surcharges and £3.95 delivery so twice the price of the order.Claims 1-2 working days delivery-had not arrived by Saturday so hopefully Monday (5 days after order.)
It appears this company are charging exorbitant prices for a mediocre service.Will never use again.
When i said I would review the company was sent a rude email stating a clause for legal action.They cancelled my order saying my email was "threatening " which it certainly was not.

Helpful when needed to give delivery driver details of where to leave. They called when arrived to make sure right place. Came quickly. Great service when couldn't get medication to elderly mother on a Sunday.

They always deliver on time and super quick. The medicines they provide are in high quality as well.

As it said on the tin - the order was delivered just after 3 hours in the night which is difficult to beat on convenience. The convenience does of course come with a price tag though!£

Couldnt find any pharmacy that was open due to the bank holidays. A quick google and found click health that had exactly what I needed and delivered the same day. I will definately use again!
