An absolutely life saving experience
An absolutely life saving experience. We were bed bound and couldn’t get out late night to get any meds. I ordered a whole bunch of medication from these chaps and for an extra fee, they delivered everything within a couple of hours. All I can say is that I’m already feeling better from the meds and have had such a smooth and satisfying experience. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you team

Desperately needed medicine over the bank holiday weekend.
The messaging on the site about when we'd receive it was totally confusing throughout the site. Ultimately I had an email saying they'd be here next day.
I followed up by email just to double check and they then told me it would not be til mid week - far later than we needed.
Even though I clearly showed them the email saying that I'd get the medicines the next day and pointed out how confusing the messaging is, the responses back from the company were totally non apologetic and completely unempathic. The whole blame was on me for not reading things properly (which is nonsense)
Just an awful way to run a company especially when their customers are by nature people in real need.

Expensive, but convenient!
For a £10 item it works out around 3x the retail price for out of hours delivery, but given the fact they deliver in 2-3 hours pretty much 24/7, even on Christmas Eve; it’s a fair convenience fee in my honest opinion!
