Outstanding Customer Service!
Recently bereaved, and without transport after my wife's motability car was returned, I spent a considerable period of time investigating contract lease hire before deciding on a vehicle I was interested in. Having completed a form online, I was contacted extremely quickly by Giles - followed a few days later by other companies. Initially I requested no telephone contact as I wasn't in the right frame of mind with the loss of my wife. Giles understood this perfectly, and promised to guide me through the process solely by e-mail, and it was not until the final stages at my request that the transaction became a 50/50 mix of phone calls from Giles - followed by more detailed information by e-mail and post. The whole process was flawless from start to finish, and the deal was infinitely better than I could achieve, and much better than other companies offered for a lower specification model. Thank you for keeping me informed at every stage of the process which reached its conclusion this morning with an early delivery and a shiny new car on the drive! Bryan.

Wow, what a deal & a super easy process!
Less than 2.5weeks after my initial enquiry, I've got a brand, shiny new car sat on my driveway. From the very start and throughout, Giles was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He managed to find me an amazing car that ticked all my boxes including my requirement to have a car available in 3 weeks at a fantastic price. There's nothing more I could have asked for. Questions and documentation were turned around really quickly and the whole process was super smooth from start to finish. The deal that Click4 found me was at least 20% better than anything else I found by going round the dealerships direct. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending!
