Paul's help was invaluable

Paul's help was invaluable, he researched all avenues and followed each finally getting result that we are so happy about.
I need to say that all this happened on weekend including night time call.
I can not express how much his help is appreciated he basically saved our life as we have demo on Monday.
I was surprised Paul did not leaved or passed the problem to another person he did everything possible to succeed.

No words, can describe the assistance received!
Just great, excellent service!
As service provider, the prices are OK, and service is fast sending SMS, and I can't say that there is service down, because in all this year's that I work with them, (since 2008) I never had any problem's.

I was able to received the SMS on time, Since I am new to this the setup I need to ask ManageEngine OpManager who recommended Clickatell to us and we were able to configure SMS gateway.

Speedy Assistance

I'm amazed by a companies Support team that is reliable and can be trusted when they say "I will call you back"
I commend the entire company on the service I received by Dominic Abrahams and Payments Department.

Withdrew part of their service without…

Withdrew part of their service without notice (ability to include URLs in texts) rendering their SMS service useless to my company then refused to refund balance in our account when I attempted to close it. Actually Customer Service offered a discount then "Finance Team" refused it hiding behind Terms and Conditions.

Scammers

Dear fellows,

I am writing to let you know that this company is an absolute scam. If you are looking for a company that is a scam and for sure you will be coned this is the one. I wish I have done a better search before choosing them (at least I learned my lesson). Unfortunately, I figured that out one day after I paid them and when I asked for refunding me for the money their answer was: "good luck with that", seriously?!!! Anyways my money is gone. I just wanted to help other people not getting trapped with them.

Dominic Abrahams has been terrific…

Dominic Abrahams has been terrific since I got him on my Support call this morning. He committed to taking action on two issues that we had been going back and forth with Support for weeks. Within 20 minutes, he got the US long number payment question resolved and also got commitment to get the request for a short code moving. His follow up has been sincerely appreciated.
