Great Company

So i received a phone call explaining that click car credit could help me with car finance even though i have had trouble everywhere else because of my credit score, i received a phone call off Holly who helped me with the full process and explained everything to me, i was then invited down to the Warrington showroom to view the cars to drive away on the same day.
When i arrived i was greeted by Gina who took all of my documents and asked me what i could afford each month etc, i was shown around the cars and i am delighted with my purchase, thank you to every body at Click for finally getting me into a car for me and my children, Just in time for Christmas and whats even better i do not have to pay a payment until after Christmas! What a Bonus i would highly recommend Click car credit to friends and family.

Contact.

I am having a few problems with my car and I've been told to Email my details to - Customerservices'@'clickcarcredit.com But the email is not valid and is unable to send, I have tried on not only on my email but my daughters and friends. I have enquires about the faults with the car since I brought it, everything I have tried, I cannot get hold of them. I think this is dodgy, and I believe this company is not experienced enough business wise.

Exceptional Service

Purchased a car with click car credit recently after poor service from a different company. The staff were so polite and helpful, maintaining contact throughout the whole process. Car was received in immaculate condition and had been fully serviced and valeted. Highly recommend.

Never go there again

Got a car last year from click car credit. Warrington branch.
We needed a car the same day from arriving ask for 7seater they said none in stock so we was about to leave ( wish I did now ) told us just got a zafira in stock it just in for mot and valet showed us pictures looked ok for what we wanted and needed so went through all checks and paper work. Came back next day to look and see if was ok. The car was clean inside few scratches outside told me bring it back when have time and they would sort it so we agreed drove away got me friends mechanic told me shouldn't of passed a mot due to breaks pads was little on them so few days later was sqeeking and grideing manage to get the car booked it for them to sort had it 3days to do bodywork aswell finally picked it up took me friends again had they put used pads on? So instead of phoneing them to do a bad job I payed for new parts and anything else that needed. Few month later more faults oil leaks they put some kind of filler to stop it leaking just in the process to send it back after paying nearly half owed. Forgot mention the inside when finaly dried the seats was dirty stains and also I belive they get dodgy mot's because it sudnt of passed from picking the vechile up AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS

Problem since I pulled out of Crawley

Picked up my car from the Crawley branch only to have problems with it ever since.

Problem
-Heading down the M25 having just picked up the car, I could hear squeaking from the breaks. Forked out £200 to replace them
-Got home and noticed how dirty the inside of car was. Especially on driver side by the door frame
-About a week later I then noticed a dent in the roof. It's still there and It'll be there until it's looks into
-Having seen those 3 issues I had a mechanic popped round to take a look at the car. The things he found were eye opening and a hazard
1. Very low coolant
2. Very low engine oil
3. Wheels weren't Aligned
4.Front Tires inside worn out
5. Brake Fluid also low
6. The brakes were worn out hence the squeaking noise
-Then recently during phone conversation via bluetooth, there was total silence. I thought either myself or the caller lost signal, but then I realised that I couldn't hear anything from the speakers. Later found out that the radio fuse might have been blown.
- Then there's another squeak, this time coming from the driver's side windscreen
-The struts for the boot was worn, so now when I need to use the boot I have lift things with one hand or have my partner holding the boot door open.
-Finally decided to take the car in to Ford to get it sorted. Who also told me that the car has NEVER been serviced. And that's the last straw.

Felling robbed and cheated. Especially has my old Ford Focus didn't have any issues for the 2 years I had. I took the new car because I wanted an upgrade. Wish I didn't bother.

Crawley really let me down and with that I have no choice but to report the matter with Trading Standard.

After sales

Bought a vehicle 5 months ago with the promise of a 12 month mot when it ran out and 6 months warantee. Now i doscover a fault with the car (oil leak) i have tried and tried to call customer services to no avail. The number listed no longer is available so i am stuck in limbo as to which way to turn.
The car will have no mot come december and will fail due to the problem so will probably end up paying for it myself which is not what the signed contract by both parties says would happen .

If you have other option, RUN

I thought to have a look if this company is any better than it competitors in sub-prime market.

At the beginning, everything was absolutely fine. Did application, got text message saying that you have been approved for finance. Had a call and asked, am I really approved or is there some changes that it is not done? Sale person was, yes yes, you are approved and there is a finance in place.

On my day off, took a train down Warrington from Glasgow. Friendly Nico comes and picks me up from the train station. He was fantastic tho, he is the best thing I have to say from this company. He really went beyond and above, feel sorry he works in this kinda dumb.

I am told to go to a small room, sitting there for ages. I had printed out the paperwork, but he wants me to go to my internet bank and print out the statements Fair enough, but I found this practise very very odd.

The, we talk about my budget etc, you will get showed 4 cars. Only one of the cars actually matches what I am after, and it is the most scruffiest one. Asked diesel with big boot, got showed tiny tiny huyndai and meriva, so only the one with scratches inside and outside as well as high mileage is actually what I am after. So, in the end of the day, you don't get to choose your car in a sense. Smart sales move! Also, prices are not really shown at all or mentioned, only monthly prices... The total asking price would have been the car I was seeing over 1500 more than similar car at Arnold Clark! Plus horrendous interest rate (which wasn't mentioned even once)

Then, they also advertise that after 18 months, you can return the car and get "normal finance". So basically will end up "leasing" crappy car for 18 months and paying MOT etc.. Or paying finance for 3 years for car that is less than 1/6 value what you have paid..

After sitting there almost 4 hours, apparently I do not have finance....
That was told me in many many occasions was already set up. This was after I had shown my contract, payslips etc... So, the issue was that I don't have permanent contract, but fixed term.

They suggested that add my partner in the application, com back down next day and then drive away. They did offer full tank of diesel and £100 cashback, I kindly refused. So, I spent £140 on train tickets, but I am sure I would have been even more worst scammed if I had become their customer.

Summary: You can't really choose your car, you don't get to see the car based on the asking price or what you like, it's the magic upstairs people who makes decision. And the cars are not good standard. If you have no other option, prepare to pay 280 per month (including interest), for example on 2011 ford focus. That totals over 10 000 pounds over 3 years, for a car that at the point finished paying it off is almost 10 years old...., save 3 months payments that you would be making this company and buy a car from gumtree (you can most likely get almost same standard with that money than from this place). Get a credit repair credit car and pay that off for 18 months, see if can get a "proper" car finance. But stay away from this guys!! .
