I had no choice but to go to this company due to my current Credit Rating and unfortunately they also know you have no choice and see it as an excuse to behave appallingly and hold you to ransom.
After dealing with the Warrington site, twice I had to drive up there from Worcester and on each occasion what you would expect to take just an hour or two max to sort seemed to take all day, even though I had my young daughter with me!
After spending the second day with them I eventually got to take the car home, only to then find out that the Gear Box Bearings and Dual Mass Flywheel and Clutch were knackered on the car.
As well as having to pay extortionately high monthly payments I have now had to pay £1500 to have the gearbox repaired. In addition to this, I now have vibration coming through the steering wheel when driving on the motorway.
This is now going to go to the Small Claims Court as they sold a vehicle knowing it had issues.

Doesn't matter how desperate you are, I urge you to please think again before using this company.

Well what can I say. Everybody at the clickcar credit showrooms are really great both Crawley and Milton Keynes really stepped up to the plate.
BUT THEN IT WENT DOWNHILL.

I've had problems with the car since the 8th June with the warranty department saying the the problems would be resolved .it's now 15 Nov and I'm still waiting. I run round the country. 3 times to the Milton Keynes garage. It's been to Halford Auto centre 4 times. And into vauxhall as well. Both Halfords and vauxhall inspected the vehicle and diagnosed the faults. But there own garage didn't have time. After many many phone calls I'm still waiting. It's now being looked at by trading standards now. As the car was sold unfit for purpose.

We all know why we went to this company . But it's things like this that make us wish we didn't. Think long and hard before you sign on the line.

Spoken with Dean over the phone this morning friendly honest gentlemen, arranged free of charge to come and get me from my home, real genuine and most importantly honest. 100% would recommend.

My car has a few problems and i've heard the company's gone into liquidation. What now?

I applied online for car finance and in less than 48 hours I got a call from click car credit. The lady was very polite and offered me the best deal I never expected based on my not too good credit history of debt. However, she booked me in to see a sales advisor and the process went on smoothly. I was offered a very low deposit which I obviously took and low monthly payments. All these where affordable for me. In essence in three hours I drove away in my 3 year old car. Great service indeed. had the car just 12 months already had brake calipers, spark plugs and tyres replaced in the first week, failed the first mot on 10 different things, gearbox is also on the blink after 57000 miles on a 2010 plate, and all there trying to do is put the blame on us saying we must have done it, i have told vgt to come and collect it but still no phone call to collect, as ive paid 3150 on it already ive ceased all payment as its only on hp you can voluntary terminate under the consumer credit act for breach of contract as i have it in writing from halfords that it is unsafe for road use, i have enough paperwork to write a book so you can say what you want or do whatever but the point is going back end off

Disgusting.... fumming.... got a car two week ago today had problems from the word go booked it in for Thursday broke down today was told I had breakdown cover but guess what I don't!!!!! Eventually got my car going I have no electrics no light no nothing unsafe got home wouldn't start can't get hold of them so rang the finance company they offer to pay 100 for recovery and 1hrs diagnostic but I decided to try and get the car to click went down there with all the faults on my car showroom was empty then to be told they have gone into adminstation cut along story short my alternator is buggered finance company has been great after me having a mental breakdown as I heavly reley on my car having 5 children and a partner that work 15 miles away and my children in school 7 miles away, they are paying up to 450 well I have to pay they reimbursed me it's cost me a fortune in bus fairs today

Just bought my lovely new car today at the Warrington branch and was dealt with by Alex who was extremely competent and spent plenty of time showing us around the stock and answering all our questions. All the paper work was completed in one day and nothing was too much trouble.

It is a good choice.

the next day it was booked in at a local garage having it looked over found to be a faulty thermostat new 1 fitted first class service a very happy customer from first contact to a problem wouldn't hesitate to recommend these thanks for the first class service
