Recently bought graded Tv from this company was surprisingly couldn’t believe as it was in mint factory packed condition. Delivery came within 48 hours.

Value for money .. would definitely recommend.

Poor

Ordered a TV and was then informed that the product was not in stock and order was cancelled. Checked the website following receipt of this message and the product was still being advertised for sale! Not acceptable and a waste of my time. The prices are good but there are so many other sites around to choose from - you may be better advised to go elsewhere!

No TV and NO refund !! Avoid this company!!

I ordered a Samsung 40JU6400 from Click Electricals website on 21st July and the money was taken from my account by 'TVsandMore' in the first hours.
On the Click Electricals website delivery says 1-2 days. This does not mean 1-2 days from ordering as with Amazon, it means 1-2 days after it has been collected by the delivery company. The delivery company doesn't deliver Sat/Sun therefore delivery could take many days or even weeks, or not at all in my case because the delivery company never received the TV I ordered and paid for, from Click Electricals.
I tried phoning Click Electricals numerous times on the 22nd to find out when the TV was going to be delivered and arrange someone to be in, no answer to any of my calls. I emailed and was told delivery would be Mon 25th. I arranged for someone to be in. Monday came and went, still no delivery.
I phoned Click Electricals numerous times on Tue 26th. Eventually the phone was answered and I was told delivery would be "by the end of the week".
I phoned again on Thurs 28th and I was told call again Fri 29th.
I called Click Electricals numerous times, no answer. Eventually David answered who said "Delivery was attempted (carded) but no-one was in " I knew this was not true, no delivery had been attempted. I called the delivery company to check and they confirmed this, I wasn't on their system to have a delivery.
On pushing him further, he admitted they didn't have a TV of the type I ordered and paid for and asked me if I would like another TV or my money back. After this fiasco which had already lasted weeks, I wasn't going to take another TV so I asked for my money back. "It will take 3-5 working days"I was told- yet they took my money from my account in 1-2 hours!!
5 working days later still no refund. I phoned Click Electricals again numerous times. Eventually my call was answered. I spoke with John. "we will refund but it will take a further 5-7 working days" 7 working days later still no refund!! A month had passed and I neither had the TV I had ordered and paid for, or a refund!
As I hadn't got anywhere with Click Electricals, I started the dispute process through my credit card company.
What a terrible company!! A person places an order, receives no TV and no refund. The credit company refunds you after 40 days so you are not out of pocket but TVsandmore still have your money. Luckily I had bought it using a credit card, but what about the purchasers who use a bank card!
Click Electricals are an awful company and have awful customer service!! Avoid this company and the others companies it is linked to.
As to its rating - it a little strange they either have 5 stars or 1 star and nothing in between. 🤔

Delivery disaster

Read reviews and thought they seemed OK. So went ahead and ordered TV. All was fine and they attempted to deliver 3 days after online order. I was not at home at the time so called courier company who left card as working the rest of the week to ask if they could deliver to work address. They said I can collect but depot was miles away from where I live and only open during normal office hours. So no good for me as I work full time. If I wanted to change address only Click Electricals can authorise it. I tried to call Click to change delivery address but answer so emailed. No response! I emailed again the following day, no response and spoke to someone called David who kept going off the ask his manager about the situation. I was basically informed they had tried to deliver twice and therefore my problem and had to collect from depot. I called courier again and said the main courier company is based in Birmingham and I need to speak with them as they aren't main courier. So I called them and spoke to a wonderful girl called Sophie who said it had only had 1 attempted delivery and she would arrange delivery the next day to my work address. This is done and she even followed up with an email to confirm I had received delivery. Great customer service. However I purchased the item from Click Electricals and their level of customer service was disgusting and even lying saying there were 2 attempted deliveries when I know there hasn't been!

Customer Service second to none!

I recently purchased a TV from clickelectricals via Wowcher.
It stated i would have to wait at least 10 working days for delivery.
After 12 working days, which was almost 3 weeks in total, i had not received my item.
I contact clickelectricals via email to advise of this. It was met with a swift reply and apology where they checked the status of my order and saw that it was still not dispatched.
I was advised that it would be dispatched asap, 2 hours later i received an email with a tracking number for my item.
The item arrived within a week, would have been sooner but the courier did not want to leave my item in the safe place due to the expense, perfectly understandable.
After using the TV for a couple of weeks i came to test the 3D capability and realised i needed to purchase another pair of glasses. Looking through my emails i stumbled across my Wowcher email which stated i should have received 2 pairs with the TV.
Contacting clickelectricals to advise of this i was met with a very swift response again and was told that they would need to check on this.
A day later i received another email, not only apologising for a late reply, but an explanation of why it was a delayed response (had to see if they should be in the box or sent separately from warehouse) but i received a tracking number for my second pair of 3d glasses.

Apart from global business Amazon, i have not received service like this from a company.

I could have easily been ignored for a long while but that was not the case.

Highly recommend this company. Not only for service but for quality of products at fantastic prices
