Still not arrived and no update on the delivery

Ordered on the 17th and it still hasn't arrived after being told it had been dispatched.

Many thanks for your review and our sincere apologies for the delay with your parcel.
I can see that the item left our warehouse on the 18th December and that you made a leave with neighbour request on the 19th for delivery on the 20th. I can now see that the parcel has arrived with you on the 27th and not the 20th as per the request and tracking information provided. Of course this is not acceptable and we will be investigating the cause of this delay with our chosen couriers.
We take all our reviews very seriously in order to continually improve our customer's experience with us and we appreciate your time in leaving this review.

Efficient and prompt service

The club that I ordered was delivered promptly. Only because the club that I had earlier lost had been returned I cancelled the order and returned the club to Clickgolf. The refund was also made promptly. No problems were encountered.

Free items incorrectly advertised

The trolley purchased was advertised with an umbrella holder and a travel cover on the website. However, only the cover was delivered. I did speak with one of the customer service team, who explained there was an error on the site and three others had called with the same issue. I was offered 10% off purchasing a holder, but would need to pay for delivery unless I included other items. I opted to purchase from elsewhere, for the same price and free delivery. The customer service person I dealt with, did explain that they'd run out of umbrella holders due to popularity and that the travel cover was more expensive, but I didn't want the cover. I wanted the umbrella holder. As a result, this is reflected in my score, as I would have opted to purchase elsewhere.

Very very good and delivery onpoint

Not gonna lie, I risked buying this watch after it got sold out on American golf and about £300. Amazed they delivered the watch in rose gold and box everything in tact. Very very good and professional!!! 5 muthafuc…ing stars
