Click safe a waste of time

Click safe a waste of time, despite changing phone numbers and address on Lloyd s current accounts and savings it appears not to transfer this information and can not access clicksafe personal information to do it manually so on line shopping is a no go unless I use credit card I hold with another bank

Disgusting service!

Disgusting service!!!!!

I have banked with this company for 30 years now.
I had an issue at first with not being able to get a small loan to buy a car, but i was working, and had enough imcome. One of my family members went into the bank and threaten to take away two of their accounts, and suddenly I was allowed the loan!

Over the last three years I have tried to get yet another loan, and they declined me again, even though I had banked with them for 30 years, and have a steady income.

Yesterday I went into the bank to ask if I could put a catalogue debt on to my credit card, so I only had the one payment to make every month.
The lady said they could only give me another credit card with 6 months 0% Apr, to transfer the catalogue debt too. When asking if she could get the Apr down on my credit card, she said no, and was of no help at all!.
She then proceeded to help me work out my money to see if I could pay more off each month!, of which I didn’t need any help for, as I know my finances myself.

When phoning her later to further discuss the other credit card for the catalogue payment, she said she had spoken to her boss and she said I couldn’t have it, and the only choice was a loan with an extra £2000 interest!!

This company are not interested in helping you at all, even though I’ve banked with them for 30 years!!

They are only interested in making more money, and not interested in helping you out at all …

Many months ago I put in a complaint regarding the above issue, and I have never heard back from them!
Very disappointing when you’ve banked with them for many many years!

Jobsworths

Bureaucratic time wasters who don’t deserve anybody’s time or business. Ridiculous hoops to jump through to open an account. If you want to spend two hours repeating everything three times before being told that your 44 year old organisation cannot have an account because one (unnamed) of eight Directors doesn’t have a sufficient credit score, this is the (cowboy) outfit for you.

Called to try to sort an issue with the card. Took 3 attempts, with over an hour waiting each time. This morning I got through to a male operator who refused to allow me 1 minute to check with my wife regarding some recent payments and just cut me off. Unbelievably rude and arrogant. Then spoke to a nice lady who apologized for her colleague (she should not have to do this).

Lloyds are a completely incompetent bank. I have used their personal banking services for years, with no issues. Their business banking is horrific - their is constant issues with cashing in cheques, their communication is horrendous, and it is a faceless organisation with no means of contacting people. The complaints team are completely useless.

Locked out of accounts due to system problems on the banks end

To access my personal and business account online, (which is the only way I've been doing banking for years now) I have to first enter a 'security code' which is sent by text to my mobile. The code 'expires' - before I receive the code, which means I cannot access either of my accounts. This has happened several times now and Lloyds have not come up with a solution. Yet they warn us repeatedly to check our account to avoid fraud. Customer service really is a joke, every time I have called them, I have never been able to get through in anything less, than ONE HOUR, and god forbid the call drops out and I have to wait another hour - they are clearly understaffed, Lloyds saving money at the expense of the customer. It is absurd that a bank can prevent you from accessing your funds due to their system not working, and, do absolutely nothing to resolve it. I will be looking into closing my accounts after investigating other banks, I don't want to go from the frying pain into the fire. Just now I've been locked out for 3 days, I don't dare attempt to log in again as it's my last chance to send for a code by text, if it doesn't arrive in time yet again, my account will be frozen and I'll have to go through another process of re setting all the passwords etc. and then what? try to log in all over again and prevented due to text coming too late, and on the merry go round once again. I am so disappointed in the attitude of this bank towards its customers. I just need to be able to access my accounts online without having to jump through hoops every time.

Lloyds Bank were doing so well until I…

Lloyds Bank were doing so well until I made a big mistake and failed to recognise a fraudulent seller on Gumtree. I had foolishly used my debit card and my account ended up £500 lighter. Most of you savvy folk will know there is zilch protection with a debit card. The irony is that I have been subsequently turned down for credit cards, may be because I am in my eightieth year!

Lloyds Bank made sympathetic noises but no compensation was offered. I have left Lloyds Bank because I did not feel any tangible support. They offer new customers a signing on fee but old customers can be neglected. I needed support but got nothing

I was on the phone for longer than 60 minutes, and still no result. We already have business banking and wanted to move to commercial banking. I contacted the number for the business banking, spoke to three different individuals, finally talked to the business manager, and then the line went dead - no response from the person and not even a callback.

Lloyds - Clicksafe has made it crap

Lloyds is actually not a bad account - but Clicksafe is crap and has made my account unusable. Before - my Lloyds account everything went through seamlessly - now with Clicksafe the browser never supports it and it takes too long to respond.... why doesnt lloyds use verified by visa like everyone else?? now most of my online purchases do not go through and i have to use another bank account. I guess i will be transferring out all my funds soon.

terrible customer care

I have been on hold for 1 hour 44 minutes! My call got answered in 20 minutes customer care then said she'd need to put me on hold and I have now been holding for over an hour. Really want to take my business account elsewhere. Any recommendations for better customer service with a business account manger you can speak to and call that get answered?
