So I purchased two android tablets for kids xmas at first i had some trouble took 5 weeks they refunded me and promised to send two androids still so they have received them today I am shocked I was so worried I wouldn't get them but I did and a refund I can't even begin to say how happy i am and I will deffo use them again because they kept to there word and no matter what even if there is a mess up they DO sort it out which makes me know there reliable they even said there sending two keyboard cases for them I mean that's amazing I trust them now and I will be buying more items from them they have just added another customer to there list of happy customers also sef was the person who contacted me all time I am rating 5 stars simply because they kept there word and now my kids will be so happy at xmas!

I ordered a Elgato game capture card from there website and it was estimated to come in roughly a week prior to when I ordered it. Unfortunately there was a delay but with the help of there customer service, they delivered to my house this morning with no problems. Defiantly a trust worthy which I will visit in the future!

I ordered a firewire cable for my Canon Vixia camcorder/Sony Vaio laptop as all my other cables won't work.

It arrived bang on time. And when I tested with the camcorder, it worked instantly with no issues at all.

Customer service then sends me an email checking if I've received it.

I ordered two identical items which two weeks later were still outstanding. I contacted clickshop and they said they'd look into it.

24hrs later no reply so I emailed them again. After an 'investigation' it turns out they had no stock. Unfortunately they hadn't thought to let me know. I could have one now and another whenever stock was received but there was no indication when that might be. I requested a refund which they agreed to.

They claim the refund was made immediately but ten days later there is no refund showing on my account. Still chasing. ** Updated to add that after this review was written the vendor discovered that a system error had indeed caused the original refund to fail. It was resent and has now been received. The vendor also sent a garlic twist by way of apology - which is appreciated. Hence I've added one star to make three. **

It took 21 messages back and forth to get this sorted. Who'd have thought that buying 2 garlic crushers online could take up quite so much time!
