I visited the clinic inside the hospital to see how the process works. I was greeted by Ecem, and later by the doctors who explained the procedure to me. Ecem guided me through the entire process and was incredibly professional and proactive. The hair transplant itself is performed by the technicians, of course. The only uncomfortable part was the pain from the numbing anesthesia injections on my head; it took a while before the numbness was complete, which was quite painful for me since I admit I am highly sensitive and have a very low pain tolerance. Apart from that, everything went smoothly and quickly. The overall experience is an efficient, "in and out" process, and lots of foreigners visit Clinicana. I am hoping for the best results and will post an update once the final results are visible!

I had a hair transplant at Clinicana in Istanbul on 29th July 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Nearly a year on, the outcome has exceeded my expectations, and the procedure has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

My hair was noticeably thinning on the top of my head, and I decided to take action before it became a much bigger problem. Looking back, I’m very glad I did. The transplant has restored my confidence, and the results look completely natural.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and well organised. The team at Clinicana were professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout. A special mention goes to Ecem, who has been fantastic. She has regularly checked in with me via WhatsApp, monitored my progress, answered any questions I had, and provided excellent aftercare support. Having that level of ongoing contact and attention made a huge difference.

The travel arrangements were straightforward. I stayed in a nearby hotel arranged as part of the package, which was comfortable and convenient, and I was back home in the UK within a couple of days. Everything was handled efficiently, making what could have been a daunting experience feel very easy.

My experience was good.

Clinicana have been in touch since consultancy stage.

I was taken to and from the Airport by friendly drivers.

First room at the hotel was a bit shabby, but after speaking to a porter i was put in a better one.

I met with Chinara who is an interpreter and she was great. She explained all the procedures and was also present when the operation was being done. She helped all the way through and i can't thank her enough.

The doctors and the staff who did the procedure were also great.

One thing i would say is when the procedure is getting done and if you feel real pain, don't be afraid to tell them. This is when they will give you more anithestic.

I'm at the shock loss phase at the moment so it's not looking it's best. It should start growing between 4 - 6 months which is still about 5 weeks away. Fingers crossed it turns out well.

I had a really good experience with Clinicana. The whole process was organised well and communication was clear throughout. Ecem coordinated everything and was very helpful whenever I had questions. The hotel was really nice and transport between the airport, hotel and clinic was all arranged smoothly. The hotels right next to the clinic so that was handy. The treatment was also very affordable so overall a very positive experience.

Hi All, I had hair transplant a week ago with Clinicana in Acibadem Taksim Hastanesi hospital which is located almost in the centre of Istanbul and very close to famous Taskim Square. And I gotta say that everything went smooth from the beginning to the end.
Day before my operation I had consultation with Ph. Ravad Attar(medical monitoring manager) regarding my procedure with micro FUE hair restoration method and my expectations.
It took over seven hours to transplant 3500 grafts in my case because that was my already second hair transplant and my donor area was already limited and overloaded and also at this point I would especially like to thank the two girls from the team who performed this procedure, unfortunately do not know them names(what a pity) but I think they did good job!
The entire operation was also supervised by Ph. Eyad Attar(administrative team) thank you for that and of course I would like to especially thank Agata, who was my personal consultant from the very beginning to the end, always willing to help and provide any information needed with such a large number of patients under her care, really wow always busy(bless her).
I arrived day after to take my bandaged off and also I had a post-treatment instructions care and I decided that I want to be in the elite group of patients who have done 100% of what is possible to regain their hair by doing exosome therapy in the end.

I recently had a hair transplant at Clinicana in Istanbul and overall I had a very good experience. Everything was well organized and the process was smooth from the moment I arrived.
The medical team and staff were professional and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Fatih, who helped me from the beginning and kept in touch even after the transplant to check on my recovery. He was always available to answer my questions.
The transportation was also well arranged and my stay at Naz City Hotel was comfortable.

"CRITICAL UPDATE: After exposing their unlicensed technician surgery, the clinic's medical manager (a pharmacist illegally practicing as a doctor) completely blocked my contact number and deleted his WhatsApp channels to evade accountability. Furthermore, they briefly posted an official reply to my review before panicking and deleting it entirely to hide the evidence. I have securely exported all chat logs and backed up the deleted responses for regulatory and legal procedures. They are fleeing accountability."
My surgery on 22/01/2026 was a disaster of planning and safety. The entire procedure was performed by technicians (Violation of Law 1219) with zero doctor supervision. I am 48, but was given a juvenile hairline that is anatomically incorrect and totally against my facial proportions. Over 1,000 grafts were wasted. The "Medical Manager" (a pharmacist) gave improper post-op instructions that worsened the already existing surgery trauma complications. The clinic is now ignoring my messages. I am filing reports with USHAŞ and SABİM. Avoid at all costs
