I consult with a private company that uses Clinic Source so I don't have the opportunity to use it much and need to always go back to the written instructions I created when I was trained. I don't find it very intuitive and spend a lot of time clicking buttons to find what I need.

I find that training new users is soooooo easy. It takes all of 10-15 minutes and they get it. Very intuitive and straight forward

Would be great to do eval and care plan in one document. And definitely not have to do a note in order to bill.

Easy acces, easy to learn and it just makes a speech therapist life so much easier!!!

Reps at the booth were friendly and helpful. I wanted to take a closer look at a product and it took a very long time to find a display to inspect.

Clinic Source has saved my practice so much time and money. My therapists can track everything from evaluations, to treatment plans, therapy notes and progress summaries. As well, my billing manager can seamlessly send bills and insurance requests straight from the software. It's a private practitioners dream!

ClinicSource is easy to navigate and was an efficient way for me to document. I didn't run into any problems throughout the course of my use with ClinicSource and I would highly recommend it.

As a supervising SLP it becomes difficulty when the supervisee nor the supervisor can make corrections once the supervisee has signed. It would be beneficial if there was a way to unlock or edit once supervisee has signed. As an SLP this would help with working more efficiently and optimal compliance with Medicaid and other insurances.

We moved over to using Clinic Source a little over a year ago. They did a great job with our transition of data (about 600 clients) - and helped us get our cases set up. Clinic Source has EXCELLENT support and training! They listen and are responsive with our emails for help - and they actually come through! They listen to our needs for feature requests and they make them happen. Overall, I am very pleased with Clinic Source for our OT, PT and ST clinic.

The most convenient of Clinic Source is how I am able to use the program from my phone. Even having my clients sign documents from my phone. Our home therapy business was growing faster than we could keep up. We knew then we had to find some sort of hosting services to help us streaming and be able to keep up. After much research and comparisons, we decided to go with ClinicSource. I must say, after four years of using ClinicSource, this was one of the best business decisions we have ever made. ClinicSource is very user friendly, and our therapists, from experts to novices when it comes to computers, have no problems using it. They especially love being able to take ClinicSource on their smartphones or tablets, being able to complete their documentation on the go, and also being able to have the caregiver's electronic signature done on site. Since we provide therapy in the natural environment, being able to send out appointment reminders really saves our therapists time, this helps them to not have to make a trip to a treatment session that a parent was meaning to cancel. We also like the fact that the support staff is always very helpful, and always very quick to respond. It also seems like ClinicSource is always working on something new to make our work easier, or even more efficient. We get several records request a day, ClinicSource saves us a lot of resources by being able to email patients documentation directly from the documentation screen. I make a lot of my decisions online from reading reviews, that is why I am taking the time to write this one so as to help you make your decision.
