I bought the lifetime unlimited bundle in Nov 2017; I've used it a handful of times - it was just okay, not really worth the investment - especially since, without notice, it kinda just disappeared. This was in 2020 but I just saw Trustpilot reviews and thought I should add my own.

Raul Kaevand and Brad Stephens are SCAMMERS. Paid a small fortune for lifetime access to this product which no longer exists and yet they are still happily selling other products. No doubt they are STILL SCAMMING people!

Raul Kaevand creator of Clipman 2 is a SCAMMER!!
I just filed a claim through PayPal and asked for a refund; it perhaps will not proceed due to I purchased Clipman lifetime back in 2018, but PLEASE PLEASE fill out similar claims to PayPal so they will know this guy Raul is a scammer as he still offering products!!
If PayPal see more claims, perhaps they will ban Raul from getting at least PayPal payments which will lower his sales. Thank You

I know clipman as a brand name is vanished and was very bad anyway. Now, I am in a mission to know the name of the developers so we never buy of them.

Same as everyone. Can't use what I paid for any more. It's just disappeared. I wonder if they're still taking recurring income from people?

Same thing here. We paid for a life time and we cn't even find the login page now... This is ilegal!

I am going to report this to the FBIFor fraud. I bought this product and renewed it. Now I can not log in. I will place a complaint with the fraud division. Maybe the can find the thieves. Many of these internet marketers are simply out to get your money and claim lifetime use and then they are like ghosts and disappear but I have will find these thieves. I will start posting on all social media and then contact all federal agencies and consumer affairs. I will also contact PayPal etc.They can run but they cannot hide.. I already know who they are through diligently searching the Internet.

Paid for a lifetime now not recognizing user email. Already paid in 2018 so cannot claim money from PayPal also.

Same as everyone here. Bought lifetime licence and now they do not recognise me at all. Wrong login details, impossible to reset password, impossible to reach their support.
Keep clear of Clipman!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would give ZERO or MINUS stars if it were possible!!!!!!!!

Bought a lifetime membership a few years ago. Worked fine for a few years yet now cannot enter the website due to an error on the page dialong box. Contacted them for weeks yet no response. Will now take legal advice.

I bought the lifetime promo a while back. I admit I was able to use it for quite some time and I had no problems with it until a couple of weeks ago. I was getting error codes on the main page and I'm stuck on the dialog box that asks you for your niche. A few minutes ago I was able to go to the login page and boy was I relieved only to find out that I can't log in using my credentials. I use a password manager so I'm quite sure I'm entering it correctly. Still, I can't log in. So I clcked on the 'Forgot Password' link and to my horror, it does not recognize my email. I'm to my wits' end! What in the world has happened to them?!!

After some time I tried to log into clipman. But not chance.

Does anybody know what has happened to clipman? It was working fine a few years ago.

Bought this software back in 2018 and now when i log in the site is not working, rip off company just takes your money and runs

The product works great but it's not perfect. I have problem with the music which is distorted. I have contacted them on more than one occasion but no response for two weeks now. Poor customer service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I bought this a while ago for the once Lifetime plan and decided to use it a few days ago. When you enter in your URL which is supposed to pull your product pictures from the product URL page, it doesn't it just pulls the main image. Then once you have set up all the template and go to hit CREATE it comes up with BAD REQUEST!!!! After all that work it wouldn't even create the video. I contacted there customer support who don't reply........

Terrible! a "Bad Request" will pop up when trying to download the video. I contacted support almost every day from April 28th - May 11th and haven't received any response. I started a chargeback and suggest everyone else with this issue do the same.

I bought The lifetime license a while ago, now that I'm trying to use the website to make video ads, it doesn't work, and no way to reach support, after reading the reviews I just realized I got scammed. Luckily I didn't subscribe for a monthly membership.

I'd give then zero stars if I could. I am claiming my refunds every month with PayPal as I am charged on-going fees for zilch.

Stay away from clipman.com as they are total scammers.

Ask PayPal to stop their merchant account because of their lack of response. Tell PP about this review site to help the decision. We need to stop these DHs from making money for nothing.

Run away from Clipman. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am a platinum user, and the first video I created had audio glitches. I spent another 30 minutes remaking the video thinking it might be a bug, but nope! I reached out to their support (some mysterious shadowy head avatar) named Jonathan, and never received a reply. That’s ok though, maybe they were busy right? Nope, I contacted support using Intercom, Email, Contact Form and no response! Then, before I left this review I told them I was going to leave a bad review and crickets. Run, don’t walk away from this software. It doesn’t work as advertised and the support is non-existent. That’s all folks, hope this helps a few of you out there.
