I've been trying to contact Clipman for days, and haven't reached anyone or gotten a response back. I purchased the product and it doesn't work at all. I have been able to create 0 videos. Completely worthless product and non-existent customer service. Stay away!

Bought Clipman 2.0 based on a recommendation from Martin at Youzign. What a waste of time and money. Last recommendation I'll take from Youzign.

Video creation does not work. Claim of a video in seconds is total BS.

Tried to contact them and nothing. No response to email or on live chat and still waiting for PP response.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

Purchased on December 14, 2019. It's almost a month today... I have created... ZERO videos because it simply doesn't work!!

"Bad request" - that's all it shows.

Scammers! Didn't get my refund yet. They answer really slow or not at all. Bullshitters.

We ordered Clipman Unlimited and now we are charged a monthly subscription for a product called VIP, without our autorisation. They even dont send any credentials for login. Do not buy anything from Mindshifted OU. We e mail them, we sent messages thru facebook and they completly ignore us until we open a paypal dispute !

SCAM! Doesn't work at all, no support provided

Purchased lifetime subscription. Product's interphase is extremely poor and clunky. No instructions on how to use it... you are supposed to figure it out yourself.

If you ask for a tutorial, they'll send you (24 hours later) a low-quality 1-min video, without sound, without explanation.. just a cursor moving quasy randomly around a screen...

The templates are ridiculously rigid, you cannot modify almost anything: font sizes, font types, position of text on the screen are all completely fixed.

This software could have been revolutionary in 2005, today it's garbage.

I purchased a lifetime subscription when the product was launched, some 10 months ago. Besides technical issues and a totally unresponsive customer service, some of the free templates that were part of my subscription plan, now are locked. I have to pay extra to use them.
It's bad business ethics.

Video quality is very bad, the technology is outdated and it is a pain to set it up.
Do not waste your time and money here.
A lot of buggs, frozen pages and work to restart from the beginning.
BAD !

I signed up and had a lot of issue, the tool didn't really work.
I ended up creating a video somehow but the video quality was awful.
I ended up using TopVid instead

I signed up with Clipman solely on a recommendation in a review from someone that I trusted. Since handing over my money I have found that it is a kickstarter project and was still in beta. The service does not work how I expected it to, the music clips are terrible, and the previews of the music and templates are not working. Once I managed to create a marketing video I found that the whole process was long winded and the end product was missing elements that I had chosen. The Facebook interface does not work. I spent a whole day trying to create something remotely professional. I have decided that this isn't for me and I have requested a refund. I have been completely ignored, I have messaged them on both Facebook pages, via email and through Paypal and no one has taken the time to answer any of my messages. I have searched the internet for any kind of review and all I can find are so-called-reviews that recommend everyone to buy the service, there are no real reviews, it is like everyone that has mentioned Clipman is taking a backhander to promote this shoddy service.
