Placed an order for supplies for our new pet budgie, and was relieved to find everything I needed at Clipsley's. Order arrived very quickly, packaged carefully and with a very nice thank you note. I could see straight away that the seed mix and other items were very high quality. I will definitely use this site for future purchases.

Ordered fish food online and it arrived two days later, no problems, no hassle

Clipsley weren't the cheapest but I was fed up with other people I had purchased Calcivet from in the past, previously I ordered from very well known companies who sent the product through the post, when it arrived all I had was a soggy jiffy with a half empty bottle, and that happened more than once.
Clipsley were much more careful, they sellotaped the lid so it couldn't come undone, then they wrapped it in bubble wrap, then put it in a jiffy bag, it arrived in perfect condition, I will in fuure ONLY buy from Clipsley as they obviously care about their customers and their products

Ordered one day and received the goods on the next, perfect. What more could one want. Would recommend to anyone.

I was really impressed by the way you kept me in touch with the progress of my order. Also our Labrador puppy has turned from a diffident grazer to a committed gobbler of your puppy kibble, so she is a very happy hound.

Your delivery is a model of what customers really appreciate: a 1-hour delivery window (not the usual 'somewhere between 9am and 5pm - if you're lucky'). We could even track on-line where the van had got to on its delivery round and knew what the driver's name was. Brilliant!

I have been hand rearing 4 cockatiel chicks and before I realised it I was running out of hand rearing food. The KayteeExact handrearing food was a good price and did arrive quickly by first class post. What was really nice too was a hand written note from the seller that made the ordering a little more personal - Thank You for that.

Although my order could not be completed due to a supplier issue, I got very efficient help from a young lady, who phoned me directly to explain and then sent a handwritten note with my invoice apologising and enclosing a free sample and an alternative to the ball I had ordered. Fantastic! Why can't all retailers be this honest and this helpful.

Found a great company for PET FOOD, i order one day, and it is delivered next day, brillent, no trouble at all, and when you speak to them they sound very friendly, would recommend you try them.
