Parcel arrived within one working day via courier to Ireland. I had an issue with one of my items and it was resolved very swiftly by the Clipsley Customer Care Team.

Customer Service is outstanding, I was advised that a product was not currently in stock and would I like a substitute, most online companies, either do not send a replacement or send a replacement without asking. I was also informed when the goods would be delivered.

I have an African grey parrot who is very spoiled. He had a suspension ladder but in time he demolished it bit by bit. He does not take to new toys easily and although has other toys he doesn't seem to bother with them. I knew when this ladder was completely demolished he'd get bored and go back to his feather plucking so I scoured the net for one and this was even cheaper than the same on EBay. He's only had it a week and it's already minus one rung and some of the wooden beads so get plenty in stock. I also got a phone call telling me they were out of stock but expected in a few days. I got it within the week.

I was sent a free sample of Pear Tree dry food with my first purchase from Clipsley. My dog seems to really like it, it's a higher meat content than most high street brands, hypoallergenic, and much cheaper. So I've bought a bag, and plan to buy more in future.

Ordered my goods on Sunday and received them on the Tuesday, very pleased with items.

Ordered on a friday, phone call on Saturday to say would not be able to send until monday as had to get some in, recieved on Tuesday, That is a first class service.

Brilliant, fast seevice who even take the time to write a personal thank you message on the delivery note. If only more companies were like this one. Would most certainly recommend. Thank you

What a great company to deal with. Great communication, fast delivery and they sent me lots of samples as requested, to find a suitable food for my fussy African Grey. Pepper is trying all the different samples and letting me know which he prefers !
