If you are an executive assistant, administrative assistant, board secretary and you have to take minutes for a meeting Clipto.AI is AMAZING! The transcription of the meeting is on point. The AI summary of the meeting is amazing as well. I work for a school district this has been a life saver!

As a student, it helps me a lot and fulfills its purpose; it's the best transcription site I've ever used, I've been using it for a year now. It could offer different plans depending on the services used, for example, a single subscription exclusively for transcription itself, at a lower price.

I signed up for a free trial on Clipto.AI, but I couldn’t log in or use the service afterward. I also didn’t receive any confirmation or follow-up emails, so I assumed something went wrong with verification and the account wasn’t created properly.

Later, I discovered I was tied to a paid subscription and was billed, despite having no usable account access and no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription through an account dashboard.

When I contacted support to explain that I never had access to the service, they refused to refund or offer any compensation. In my view, charging a customer who can’t access the product—and then declining to correct it—is not acceptable and raises serious concerns about the billing transparency of Clipto.AI

Instead of canceling, your subscription gets only paused.
Good luck trying to find the cancel option.

Once you find it, pay close attention to the UI and buttons to click the right one for about five times before you actually manage to cancel the sub.

I have been using Clipto.ai for generating transcripts of my client sesisons. It's become a vital part of my service, as it helps me generate notes quickly and efficiently.

Also, when I don't have the time to listen to a lecture or a masterclass I'm interested in, I use Clipto to create a transcript and notes. This will soon revolutionize the way we acquire knowledge, I'm sure of it.

It has been a game changer for our newsroom. It allows us to transcribe interviews immediately and it helps our reporters immensely with quotes and finding areas of the interview for editing based on timestamps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
