I had a very disappointing experience with Clipto AI.

First, I was charged twice for the subscription. When I contacted support, their explanation was that my subscription had been “reactivated,” which automatically triggered a $24.99 charge. However, this was never clearly communicated beforehand, and the billing process felt misleading.

What made the experience worse is the customer support. They promote an offer where users can leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot to receive one month of premium for free. I followed the instructions and sent them the screenshot as requested, but it has now been 7 days and I still have not received any response.

For a paid AI tool, I expected much better support and transparency. The product itself may be useful, but the billing practices and lack of customer service are very frustrating.

I hope the company improves their communication, billing transparency, and response times, because right now the support experience is extremely poor.
