Honestly, for the people that are giving them a 1 start because the shipping is long, are kind of dramatic. Yes, the shipping is long, but more then not when you get it the product is just fine! At most they should take off 1 or maybe 2 stars due to shipping issues, but if you put one start just because you're not patient, then don't buy from such a popular brand online.

But yes, the pros are you get a good quality product from a popular brand that isn't TO much money, i've seen things that are very alike to this and for much more. But the con is that you need to wait for a hefty ammount of time, if you can do that, there's a good chance you'll love the product!

Over a month later I’m still waiting to see a dispatch date.
I ordered the PW octo hoodie on the 15th June, shipping internationally I knew it would take a while but when the one month mark hit and I hadn’t heard anything I contacted customer services. I got a script answer ‘there are delays’ and to contact again if I hadn’t heard anything by the end of the month. This is my first and last purchase, I have a lot of respect for the founders of the company but they need new management. When cloak launched I waited to see the reviews and wait for a collection I liked, I’m disappointed to see people now saying the business has dropped its quality.
Hopefully I’ll hear soon when I’ll see more than a picture of the item I ordered!

I’ve ordered from Cloak many times, and had been nothing but satisfied. Great product, comfy fabric, etc. However, lately, within the last 5 months or so, I can’t say the same. My first issue was with the “LYM Future” collection. The joggers (which I’ve purchased a few in the past that were lovely) were scratchy and thin. They honestly felt like dollar store sweatpants. I let it go thinking it was just a glitch, especially since I had ordered some clothes from the drop after that, that were in the process of being shipped. The next one, the Alice in Wonderland collection was fine, with the exception of the sweatshirt I got. For some reason that order, and the Eire collection shipped out within the same few days. So I got them within days of each other. I always order my hoodies/sweatshirts in XL because I like them baggy. The Eire hoodie is 3 inches bigger than the Wonderland sweatshirt!! The Eire one is huge on me (which I’m fine with) but the Wonderland one is extremely tight. They are both the same size! On the website, the sizing for hoodies and sweatshirts are interchangeable (same sizing chart). There shouldn’t be that big of a difference between one drop and the next. Not to mention, the Wonderland one is completely sticky on the inside. The inconsistency of this brand between drops has had me extremely disappointed, and I most likely won’t order again. Considering how expensive these clothes are, there needs to be some more quality control…

Over a month without shipping. Cookie cutter responses when asking what's happening through customer service. I will never buy through them again.

I waited over a month for my Pride hoodie and joggers. Although they are comfortable, the “hidden in plain sight” logo was ironed on, and not allowed to set before folding, leaving it sticky on both items. While the “cloak” branding was fine, both items are sticky, and shrunk after washing. I spent a pretty penny on the merch and am disappointed with this oversight.

So I ordered a hoodie from a drop a month ago. Obviously the price is hefty and with international shipping, you're looking at a good £60 odd. The shipping time took a month. But I got shipping updates. It took them a while to get it on the move (processing and packing) but I don't mind the wait. Because it's worth it. My hoodie came and it is probably the most comfortable and softest hoodie I own. I've ordered hoodies before from the states and they were over £120 with the shipping. So to me this is great value. The design is simplistic and the quality is fab. Ordered two t-shirts from the most recent drop and waiting for them now. Couldn't be happier :)

Placed an order at the end of May. After the expected shipping time frame stated on their website (10-12 days), I sent an email asking when my package was due to ship. Pandemic is still raging around the world, so I totally understand if they couldn’t get it out for another month, or more even. Just be honest with me.

Instead, I get an email saying they would have it out that day and I should reply to the email if I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email by the end of the day. Few days pass, check my junk mail, and nothing. Replied to the email yesterday, and still waiting for a response.

Its okay if my package has to be delayed for quite a while. Be honest with me, that is all I ask. Don’t promise something that won’t actually happen. I kind of want them to cancel the order now because I don’t want to get randomly charged for this order whenever it does ship. I ordered when I knew I had the money and planned around it, but I can’t have a random $100 disappear from my account when I least expect it.

I will wait to order from this brand again when the world regains some more stability (1-2 years from now probably...) Never had this bad of a shipping experience during the pandemic. Lesson learned.

I love the designs, I love Mark and Sean, but the shipping for Cloak is absolute trash. My first order shipped in a reasonable amount of time, but every order after that has been taking longer and longer. Months. It is truly ridiculous. I shouldn't have to contact customer service every single time I order from them. Seriously, what is going on in that warehouse???

Pricy items, slow shipping (understandable since during pandemic) but great quality. I got the leggings and a long sleeve polo and I love the minimalistic design! Both items run small. I have always been size small for leggings and small/medium for tops. Leggings fit but are tighter than my average leggings and short (I’m 5 ft and they are the perfect length for me, so anyone even a few inches taller than me might find them calf length or something). I bought the polo in a small because it said it was oversized, but the only oversized part is the length. The rest of the top around the bust/arms feels like a true small. Overall great quality materials, but be careful with sizing!

FYI I also reached out to customer support at one point because I was concerned at the amount of time it was taking for me to get my package, and customer service replied very quickly and was reassuring. I had a good experience with them.

This is really a hit or miss brand. The leggings, while they feel good, slip to NO END. Do not wear for high or even mid intensity anything. Constantly hitching them up. If you want a hoodie or a blanket though, they're great. Sturdy and haven't shrunk in my experience. Did take a little bit to ship but did get here. Don't bother with the pants, order a size up in shirts usually

Bought the Unbroken polo in an XL, the arms are long and baggy, but the torso is very small and tight. And of course no returns.

I hate saying this but I got one of there original design shirts and within a month or 2, the design was worn down and looked like the bottom of the C was picked at a lot. All of this damage and all I do is go to school and sit in a seat for hours. At this point you can't read the bottom Cloak letters anymore. It's sad and I hate to admit it but this isn't good.

Mark and Sean, if you see this, please up the quality of your shirts bros, I love you guys. It really hurts me and makes me question about the integrity you guys uphold.

I made a purchase and still didnt receive any information or mail confirmation. My number order is #14758 and i am waiting for some news to know if i will get my order. I can change and update my review, so I am hoping for the best and for this to be a real store. I also sended an email to customer service. Please let know when i will get my jacket.

I recently purchased a blanket and it is comfy. The blanket is huge! (was expecting something that wouldn't cover me and was not disappointed)
Ordered a Minecraft Dungeons shirt awhile back and it is comfy too.
The price may be high, but so far no issues.

I purchased two hoodies from Cloak; one when they very first started, and another from their November drop. The physical difference is staggering. It’s very clear that within the last year, whether it’s due to the pandemic or otherwise, they’ve decided to drastically lower product quality while keeping prices high. My first hoodie is a large that to this day fits like a large, which was fine but a little small for me in terms of personal comfort, not their fault. This time I ordered a double XL, which stayed a double XL until the first wash cycle, where it shrunk longways into what must be medium length and widened out into what’s basically become a crop top for the Kingpin from Spiderverse. I have a lot of respect for Jack and Mark so to say I feel betrayed is an understatement, especially seeing as I reached out a few times before this with my issues and they’ve fallen on deaf ears.

Massive scam. No items shipped. Absolute trash site.

I placed an order in november. I was willing to give them some leeway because of the pandemic, but I had to email them in january to get them to ship half of my order. I still have not recieved the other half of my order. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of the clothing, and the sizes are smaller than any other brand i've ever worn.

I brought one of the goodies for my little brother as he likes Jack from YouTube (I dont know his name) but for the price these guys charge this isn't worth it at all. Save your money people and buy from a proper clothing brand

CLOAK is AMAZING! I must be honest, I was a little biased with this company because I have been following the youtubers for years that started this company. I honestly was taken a back by the prices, but I have been wanting an actual cloak for awhile now, and when one was dropped that I loved the design on I just had to purchase. Thanks to their partnering with Klarna I was able to purchase the item with ease. When I received my items the cloak was way past my expectations. This cloak is so thick with sweatshirt material and soft warm inner lining. It was well worth the $90+ I paid for it.

Now when it comes to customer service I did not have any issues because I did not need it. A few days after purchase I received an email that explained due to the pandemic processing orders would take 10-14 days. I placed my order on Dec. 30, 2020 and it delivered at my house on January 26, 2021. Almost a whole month to get to me.

I use the app Shopify and it gave me order updates when my item was shipped, in transit, and delivered. To all the people with the 1 star reviews: I get it it’s a lot of money with no immediate communication, but this is a brand new company that is only a few years old, and it’s in the middle of a pandemic. I think we all should should have a little Grace.

So I made a hefty purchase of about $96 back in December. It's been a little over three weeks, and I hadn't yet heard anything about my product even shipping, so I messaged customer service. Their website says most orders are supposed to be picked, shipped, and arrived at your location 5-7 days after your initial purchase. I waited a couple weeks because I thought their might be holiday backlog, but now it's almost an entire month later and I have no information. When I sent my order # to them, I got a generic customer service response saying basically to be patient, that they're working on it. I had asked incredibly nicely if there was maybe an issue with my order, so I was hoping to get some information about my specific case, but I got a copy-paste response that told me nothing. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the customer service interaction and am heavily debating requesting a refund.
