Clocak is a rip off merchant
Clocak is a rip off merchant. Do not purchase anything from them I guarantee you will be disappointed. They advertise state of the art, top of the range items at unbelievable prices but look closely you will often see another item in their images which is the item you are actually purchasing. If you proceed to the drop down menu where you can select the item you will notice that if you select the other option you will see the real price. E.g.: Laptop and mouse in picture with price supposedly £19.99 when you check closely you will find you are buying a £5 mouse for this price not the laptop which when properly selected is £999. They even reel you in by stating 'only one purchase at this special offer price per customer'. Techniques like this you make you take your eye off the ball.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS IN THE WAY THEY OPERATE AND WHILST THEIR ITEMS MAY WELL EXIST THE WAY THEY TRY AND CON YOU INTO BUYING RUBBISH DISGUISED AS A BARGAIN IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Buyer beware, they are taking money and not sending items.
I ordered a gift for my son at Christmas, everything was fantastic. I just placed another order for his birthday, and this company has kept my money, and has not shipped my item. I have contacted them numerous times. 1st time they said it would ship that day. It didn't. I've contacted them 4 more times and they refuse to answer my inquiries. Buyer beware, this company will take your money and not ship your items. An expensive lesson learned.
*update Finally received my order nearly one month after placing it. Received no notice that it shipped at all, no tracking info provided. 6 inquiries to the company on the status went unanswered, so I'm not changing my 1 star review. Still issuing the buyer beware warning. If the company was reputable, they'd at the very least answer a customer inquiry.

Cloak is AMAZING
I've ordered some things from Cloak brand like hoddies and what not. As soon as it came I put it on. IT IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE THING IN THE WORLD!!!! I enjoy wearing something that is a great size and so comfy. I can wear it any were. And it's AMAZING quality. I also enjoy the style of Cloak brand. Mark and Sean and the Team are really good at making amazing clothes! Keep up the AMAZING job guy's.

My expirence with CloakBrand
People say, "you pay for what you get." And honestly? THEY'RE RIGHT. Ive gotten the COMFIEST shirt that I'm wearing right now and it's my favorite piece of clothing that I own. The shirts don't ride up (which is something i usually have trouble with due to my hips) When I cook, any grease stains are INVISIBLE in the gray. Like,, for real, I'm proud of Mark and Séan's accomplishment's.

Excellence from a new brand!
Cloak is a pretty new brand actually, but hear me out, they are high quality!
I ordered a shirt from their pre-sale stock, but when it arrived, it happened to be too big for me - the problem was not from their side, though, I simply sized up just in case. I contacted them about this, got a reply in a day, sent them back the shirt for an exchange, and it has arrived within a month (from the USA to Hungary).
Also, I'd like to mention that their clothing is super comfortable, made with great care!
