Everything went smoothly at both ends. I had packed my stuff myself in advance. The team doing the lifting and stacking was extremely friendly. At the ‘delivery’ end the guys were very careful using the lift and corridors, etc. I already recommended a colleague and she chose them too.

We received a recommendation from someone who had used Clockwork. We had confidence after the estimates visit although the quote was not the cheapest. On the days of packing and moving the team were helpful, careful and worked quickly.

The removal men were polite and friendly. They worked hard and all went smoothly. It was good to have the visit beforehand. The secretarial staff were also friendly and helpful when you rang them with questions

Amazing service! Very friendly and were happy to work around our needs. Andy and Tony dismantled all our bedroom furniture and reassembled at the other end which saved us so much time (and stress!) on the day. They were very respectful of the furniture and properties and made our moving day that much easier.

Dare I say it? - our removal went like 'clockwork'. The trauma we had anticipated did not happen. The 'removal men' were very professional, friendly and hard working. We would definitely recommend them Thank you Clockwork!

I cannot praise Clockwork Removals enough and I have already recommended the company to 2 people I know who will be moving soon. We had a really bad experience the last time we moved with another company and Clockwork have thankfully shown us what good looks like in terms of excellent customer service and a 5 star professional removal service.

Clockwork moved my sons furniture from our house and delivered it to his flat which was 2 floor up. The two guys who came were brilliant the were very quick loading up the items and then gave us time to get to the flat before unloading. They worked very hard moving everything into the flat particularly his bed which is very heavy and also the mattress which is also heavy. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants a professional job done with no fuss.

They were prompt, caring, polite and efficient. In fact I've recommended clockwork to my brother-in-law who should be moving soon.

So something's were great - they fitted me in in a busy week, they looked after my.piano really well.
In fact when the guys weren't sure about how to move it we got the boss down to make.sure it all went fine.
However, the more I unbox the more disappointed I am. They took no real care with my belongings and threw books into random boxes, they put cherished items loose into others (a small ceramic dish of necklaces just loose so they all fell out and got tangled). Now, I don't own expensive items. I'm not very well off. What I own is sentimental. They put postcards that had been on display roughly into boxes where they got bent. Would a clip or envelope be too much to ask?
And honestly what's worse is that I and my partner were there. If they needed to ask they could have done.
Everytime I open a box I'm confused and disappointed.
My only option now is to open every box and get everything out as I have no idea where things are.

This is a review of two halves.

The removal team did a great job - focused, helpful and diligent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The management team? Not so much. Rude, arrogant and because they know that when they have your furniture in storage they have you over a barrel, totally inflexible. Will never use them again.
