I manage an IT team so I understand the value of good support and customer experience and I tell my team members that a product is only as good as it's support. Our last web host were taken over by another company and their standard of support was shocking, when we experienced any issues I was basically told to fix it myself. I'm not web host support, thats why we pay another company to do it for us. After the last mess up I decided to jumpship and found Clook had the highest number of 5 star reviews and they were all based around the level of support and I have not been disappointed.

Within 48 hours of signing up with them we are set up on our new server and they have been fantastic. They answer any queries quickly without you making feel stupid or that you are being an inconvenience and I just wish we'd found them earlier.

As a customer for over 17 years, I've just signed up for another year because they are an absolute lesson in how a company should operate. In an industry where support can be frustrating (especially with stupid AI bots), Clook sets the gold standard - everytime.

The support team are just great and don't get enough praise. They are consistently quick to respond, friendly and always provide a clear, actionable solution or answer. The quality of their team is what really pushes them above the competition.

But crucially, they just stick to what they do best. There’s no annoying marketing nonsense or unnecessary "new features" spam. Just rock-solid, reliable hosting and brilliant service.

They remain a consistently great company and one I would recommend without hesitation - after 17 years that's quite an achievement.

I have a small agency with around 100 web accounts. I last reviewed Clook here in 2019 and, after a further 6 years, can still attest to their professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. We have recently changed to a different hosting package with Clook due to changes in our business, and they have been incredibly helpful with the migration. Plenty of clients with old settings, forgotten passwords and PCs with cached DNS etc. along with errors on our part, but the support team have been very patient, always getting back on our far too numerous support tickets with speed and no fuss. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could.

If looking for hosting, I strongly recommend you pay attention to reviews like this which assess the quality of service, not in the first month of a new contract, but over many years. These guys are consistently at the top of their game. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent technical support team. I was not able to send emails. Harry, one of the Clook Tech support team, talked me through a comlicated process (very complicated for me, a self-confessed technophobe) to fix the problem. He was patient and calm, didn't rush me or make me feel foolish and helped me navigate every step needed. The next day, I found I couldn't receive emails! This time I spoke to Phil, another member of the tech support team. The process to restore my incoming emails was even more complicated, having to delete all 4 of my email accounts and re-install them. Again, he took me through the whole process until both he and I were sure that emails were arriving. Thank you Harry and Phil.

We moved all of our sites from a VPS to reseller hosting on Clook. The new service is excellent and we received brilliant help from the tech support. They managed the move superbly & I can highly recommend them, Excellent.

Fantastic customer service - genuinely 24 / 7!

Had an issue (my fault entirely) and emailed Clook after 11pm for help...

They responded within 3 minutes...Problem was solved before midnight!

I have used Clook now for 10+ years. The service is always super fast, extra helpful, and I never feel like any question is too dumb (although many are!) But yet again, today Lee & Clook have exceeded my expectations. Lee helped me transfer in a bunch of IMAP accounts so I now have half a chance of getting away on holiday tomorrow morning.

I've been with Clook for over 2 decades as my web and email hosting reseller provider. I have stayed with them for so long because their 24/7/365 customer support is absolutely superb: personal, super fast, and always on point, including helping out with gnarly problems from time to time beyond what was necessarily their responsibility. One only gets to know the value of that when faced with the frustrations of dealing with faceless or non-existent support from other larger tech providers. I'm a raving fan of Clook web and email hosting, highly recommended.
