Lee and Will - first class support.
Ive found both Lee and Will to be first class. A breath of fresh air. Simple hosting no fuss or faffing. Good dashboard with all of our sites in 1 place. Also had a couple of questions and requirements since porting our sites over and both times we needed a bit of attention on settings - one eg in Hubspot. it was quietly sorted no fuss and no silliness of extra fees. I work with so many different UK hosting companies and I get to see all the good ones and all the bad ones. I can, without any doubt, say these guys are the absolute best and no one else comes close. Their support is so quick and they're all so knowledgable and best of all, the service just works perfectly. Moving over to these guys was the best decision I ever made.

I'm not easily impressed with good service (and it's quite hard to find these days). Clook are the exception. I have my own site and numerous client sites hosted with Clook and they're hard to fault over more than 10 years usage now. Service is almost freakishly quick, and they've sorted some really obscure issues for me.

Instant service - never any problems!
I've been with Clook for many years now and honestly, they are fantastic. The staff is super friendly, always available, and support tickets are fixed super fast. And whenever I screw something up on my website they've always been very friendly explaining things and fixing them - even if it was something that wasn't directly linked to their service.
