I have used the services of Close Brothers Group for purchasing and insuring my cars on many occasions, I have to say that the service they provide is outstanding, thank you.🫡😃

very long winded, having to provide security info 4 times to the same Company. Having said that my request was dealt with swiftly and professionally .

You are very helpful, polite, understanding. And you are out to please your customer.
Nothing is to much trouble I am very pleased with my experience with the company so far.

I have never dealt with this company until recently where by they did a hard search on me without my knowledge or consent. I called them on the 5th of May and was asked to email. I had a response on the 7th saying it had been forwarded to the relevant department. I chased on the 15th and requested to make a formal complaint and here we are on the 19th and still nothing. I believe this company has breached data protection laws (GDPR) by accessing my data without a lawful basis, and unless dealt with I will be reporting them to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) I DONT EVEN DRIVE!

I have seen your reply, the email you provided for contact is the one I have been already using so I have little faith in your response.

I provided further information and have yet t get a response, an apology or the removal of the unsolicited hard search.

Within 4 days of one fone call to my broker ( Kian ) I was driving my new Porsche

I've never done car finance before and I found it really simple and easy to do.
I did have issues with providing a recent wage slip via my portal. But I managed to resolve this issue through the car finance team who helped me to sort this out.
A very smooth sail via the company and I feel that I can trust them and I'm confident with them

I worked for Close Brothers Rentals Derby for 4 years before I was made redundant I have been chasing there HR department for my pension for the time I spent working for them I have chased and chased to now be told I never enrolled for there pension I have asked for proof that I was given the chance to enrol but never received anything from there Head of HR Katy Starkie

Hi phoned the company after receiving the email from them spoke to the guys and they were very helpful and polite responsed to my request and sorted it out for me well pleased highly recommended thanks guys D/D sorted.

Absolutely the worst finance company I have ever had. And I may just say that I have had finance all my life with other companies and never once had an issue with any of them.

They were a great service, everything went smoothly, the guy at the dealership was brilliant, really helpful and I'm highly delighted with my vehicle. I would recommend both services.

for a long time I have used your company, with excellent customer services and service, but due to O2 AND 3 NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES THEY SAID ,I TOOK THEM TO THE OMBUDSMAN, BUT THEY SOLD THE ACCOUNT BEFORE ANYTHING COULD BE DONE,
and it as blacked my credit, but I have since paid the out standing balance on all , so hope we could do business again soon ,thank you

Good Rates but if you have a problem and want to talk to anyone don't bother. Hours on hold and then the phone just disconnected. The customer service only work Monday to Friday. That's if you can even get through.
They send messages through a secure portal because their system is having issues so are unable to ring out !!! I don't believe that for a minute. These messages get read eventually and it appears to me all they do is protect their partner dealers. My vehicle was gone for 47 days after it caught on fire within 300 miles of collection from BINCA and I looked to them for help as yet still to be concluded. If you are expecting any understanding as a disabled person these are the wrong people to deal with as talking to a human being is in my experience impossible.

Put people in customer service who work on telephone lines , someone who the customer can understand their accent.
First time calling today, with a general query, shocked and depressed. Foriegn lady, could nt understand her, straight wanted to know numbers this and that .
Tell them to say good morning how can I help you?
Not start asking for numbers
