We spent hours researching home…
We spent hours researching home distance learning for 3 A-Levels over the last few weeks. There are so many companies to choose from and it was rather overwhelming not knowing who to go with that would provide a high-quality service with responsive tutors etc and it's not cheap, then the extra exam fees at a later stage. We decided on Cloud Learn and the whole experience was very good, the lessons were laid out in a varied yet informative manner and the tutors were quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately, we had a huge change in our family circumstances and had to pull out of the course, through no fault of Cloudlearn, and we received a refund immediately as we were still within our 14-day cooling-off period. Niamh was so kind and understanding and even messaged me privately to offer her support and to wish us well. When our circumstances change we will come back to Cloudlearn. Thank you guys! Highly recommended.

I recently called customer services to request to postpone my son's course until nearer the GCSE exams so he could have subject support at that time. I spoke to Laurie-Alysia who was very helpful; she provided an extension to his course up to his exams at no extra charge. I recently enrolled in CloudLearn and so far, the experience is top-tier! Ms. K. Gibson made enrolling so easy and simple and answered all my questions in such a timely manner. Any issues I had found or questions she solved and for that, I am grateful. Her customer service is most definitely 10/10. As for the program itself, I was nervous heading into it as I was out of practice for so long, but everything was well put together. The videos, the notes, the links everything is made so easy for you to understand. And the tutor, Mr. Kieran's response time is remarkable. Great customer service and he made me feel comfortable no matter how many questions I asked. Highly recommended!

Very easy and quick to contact by phone, same people (Matthew and Laurie) every time who knew about my query, and Matthew fixed my issue very promptly and efficiently. Laurie Alysia was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to sort out all my daughters requirements for sitting her exams. It wasn’t a straight forward matter. She was quick to respond, polite and understanding. World class customer service.
Poor quality and service for the price
I am not one for writing reviews but I felt like I needed to. If you can I would advise you to go with a different company. I signed up for three a-levels and on starting the course I noticed how long winded explanations were. Not only that but I’m some of the practice questions the answers are actually incorrect, there are spelling and grammar mistakes within the course content as well.
The customer service are very difficult to get answers from. I’ve had to send multiple emails in different occasions to get answers. After finally getting somewhere I was promised a refund for one of the course I decided I won’t take the exams for. Not only only did they send the refund to the wrong PayPal account after me giving the email to the one it needed to go to, I have sent around 5 emails and have not had a response. Considering this cost me over £4000 which then was converted to €6000 the quality and service are poor. I would not recommend.

As I can’t comment back. It seems that writing a review only is filled with excuses in return.
I sent proof that it was not sent to the same account I paid, as I made that clear also to the customer service. As if it was u would have been able to access it. Again I have proof it was not sent back to the account I paid with. Please, if you read the email string you would also see I made it very clear which email to send it to before the payment was made. I don’t like that you’re telling half the story in the comment back to make it seem like I am the one being inaccurate which I see is what has been done for all the low reviews. I didn’t say anything about the mistakes as there were many and I spoke to another student of yours who felt the same.
Other reviews do not take away from my experience. I had one helpful customer service representative help me today and he indeed was helpful however that cannot he said for the other person that I had contact with.
Feedback is given so companies can learn and look where the mistakes have been so they can improve. I would have hoped for some accountability for my complaints not returning with half the story that makes me look like my review is invalid.

Resonsive, supportive and affordable
I recently found this online platform offering both GCSE and A Level courses which seemed really affordable and offered a great structured and well-supported learning experience. Hesitant around the finance options I emailed an inquiry and later spoke to a customer adviser - Niamh Laurie, who was really helpful in finding me the best possible price! So far CloudLearn has been easy and supportive in signing me up, and incredibly responsive to my numerous emailed queries.

Terrible, not fit for purpose
The course material is dire. I was enrolled on the A-level Physics course, which does not seem to have ever benefitted from any proofreading, as there are MANY mistakes. These include incorrect formulae and units, contradicting information, wrong answers to activity questions, words missing out of paragraphs, and simply incorrect information. This makes studying extremely inefficient, as trying to decipher what information to learn for the exam is so time-consuming and tiring.
I enquired about several of these mistakes to my tutor, Polymath Tutor 1, but he/she seems unable to acknowledge any mistakes. The responses were often ambiguous and contradicted each other. I have now had it confirmed by other teachers that information I received from the tutor was categorically wrong, and would have lost me marks if I had put it in the exam.
I contacted Cloudlearn with my concerns that the course was not fit for purpose, and requested a different tutor and for the course to be proofread ASAP. I was told “We do not reallocate tutors on the request of students”, and offered a cancellation and refund. This was disappointing for me as I hoped that Cloudlearn would have enough pride in their “service” to want to address the shortcomings (at the very least by offering me better tutor support). I was told that my feedback, which included 5 examples of the errors in the course material, “has been passed to our academic team for review, if the errors are confirmed the online course materials will be updated immediately.” However, I am not hopeful that this is being taken seriously, as my email explained that I had made a note of over 30 apparent errors in the first 2 units, but Cloudlearn showed no interest in finding out what these were.
My cancellation and refund was processed very quickly, but obviously I can’t get my significant time investment back, and am undoubtedly now in a worse position than if I had just started self-studying from a textbook a month ago.

Highly recommend
I queried for about some course of at the end of July, Keli was super helpful and replied within minutes to every question I had and even directed me to the right place if needed. Great finance company they work with and easy to sort. at first I thought I had made a horrible mistake signing up to cloud learn but it's actually the complete opposite. I can access my course anywhere.
The studying.
so far I'm 2 months into my 2 courses and the information and books provided have been great. I get a urge of excitement when I log onto my portal to learn. They have lots of useful links for further progression whether that's going to university or alternative pathways. There's student forums/ chatrooms which is really nice and engaging. makes you feel apart of a community. I can only hope this company continues to grow and gains more students and continues to plough effort into making it a fun environment to learn.
Cloud learn is perfect for if you have a fulltime career. learning with Cloudlearn is so flexible. I work 9-5 M-F and it's perfect that I can sit down in the evening and begin from when I last left off.
