Delayed delivery
When I ordered my meds on the Sunday it said guaranteed delivery by 3pm on Monday. I was happy with this as I was off work on the Monday. It did not arrive. I contacted you for a refund of my extra payment I made for it to be delivered by 3pm Mon but was basically told, sorry it wasn’t clear when you ordered that it would take longer. That’s not good enough. I wouldn't have paid the extra if it was going to come a day later. I would still like a refund.

Our delivery information states "delivery from", which indicates the earliest estimated date that delivery may take place. Unfortunately, this is not a guaranteed delivery date and should not be taken as confirmation that the order will arrive on that specific day.
Our delivery section also provides full details of our dispatch and delivery times, and we kindly ask that this information is reviewed before placing any future orders.

Poor customer service …
Last year both myself and my wife was on the weight loss pens with yourselves …. We stopped when close to goal and managed a diet ourselves… we would have carried on but it was getting expensive… after we both put 7 pounds back on over 8 months we decided to try again… but the delivery came through last week and one of the pens was faulty completely jammed… I have emailed but no one is responding, so I think this is very poor customer service…

Diabolical avoid
Useless refused my order even though I've ordered the same previously.But took my money and then tell me I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. Shouldn't be taking any money until the order is complete. Much better online pharmacies out there. AVOID!
