Best parcel shipping I've used
I have to admit that I was sceptical when first contacted by Cloud Shipping, with wild claims about beating the pricing from our (already very cheap) parcel service.
However, shipping via Cloud Shipping has proved to be noticeably cheaper than our other supplier, with no drop in the quality of service.
Richmond checks in from time to time, and on the couple of occasions that we've had any problems these have been resolved quickly and without any fuss.

A great service for our small business. In particular Richmond is regularly checking in on us, and for recent orders Liz has been directly following up in emails to makesure packages clear customs etc.

Can't recomend enough.
I've used Cloud Shipping for quite a while now. Their support is fast and great. The prices are some of the cheapest. I can't recommend them enough.
With the other services I've used you usually get great prices and poor service, or good service and pay a little more (worth doing if you know the delivery may be problematic). With cloud shipping I have received great support and great prices.
