I'm sorry your not happy with your customer journey with cloudz above,
You have mentioned the price of the delivery you chose the cheapest option for your delivery which was the Royal mail standard option, even at the £3 you paid for postage on this it costs the business £3.82 so we subsidise the rest as a business in order to keep the cost as low as possible, however on your order I actually upgraded your delivery to DpD at no extra cost to you even though it cost the business £6.84 to do this, you ordered late Wednesday afternoon past the cut off your order was dispatched Thursday and arrived today so technically it was 2 working days I can only apologise if this wasn't up to your standards but we rely on our couriers to deliver our orders and sometimes there can be delays which is out of our hands,
P.s I hope you enjoyed your free sweets also.
