iPhone 15 Plus in B condition - really good condition, looks new to me, flawless screens - some very small marks on the bezel if I really look for them - a little nervous about getting a B grade but glad I did! Arrived next day and also came with a cable so thats handy! Thanks Clove!

Service received was appalling
Ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra in 'Good Condition' what arrived was far from good condition as the phone had obviously not been cleaned, nor inspected as they state all of their phones are before they are despatched. Not only was the screen badly scatched but several of the camera lenses were too which would have impacted on the quality of any photos taken. They approved the return but when they came to refund the deducted the cost of the delivery . When I contacted them again I told them that under the Consumer Rights Act it was the sellers responsibility to pay any postage for return due to misrepresentaion etc and instead of agreeing they argued with me for several emails before finally repaying it when I told them i would contact my card issuer and do a Section 75 claim for the remainder if it was not paid as it was the Law. Someone less clued up would not realise this, so would definitely not recommend this company. Please stand your ground as the Law is on your side.

Terrible
Never left a bad review before but I’ve had a very poor experience.
Ordered a phone, came with a broken camera. I returned this for a better condition phone which came covered in dirt and very bashed up. Returned this and requested the fixed first one back.
Then a few weeks later, the screen broke. I sent it to them for repair and they claimed it was user damage, then when I asked for proof of this as I had kept it in great condition, they said they would repair it as “good will”.
Now, the phone has broken again, about 8 months since purchase. The battery is faulty. I’ve asked for a Final Right to Reject under the Consumer Rights Act but they are refusing. I have to email at least 3 times before I get a response which always says the same thing, that they won’t allow me to reject the phone.
Use the slightly more expensive better companies. I wish I had done that. I will now be claiming to try and get my money back as they’ve clearly sold me a faulty phone

Went mostly as expected
They scared me at first by asking for I'd and credit card last 4 number, but then told me it wasn't required. Outside of that everything went as expected.

Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience purchasing a refurbished phone from Clove Technology.
The device was advertised as being in “pristine condition,” however shortly after setup the screen began flashing multiple colours and became completely unusable. I also received warnings indicating non-genuine parts had been fitted, which was extremely concerning given the condition the phone was advertised under.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of support when the issue occurred. I attempted to contact the company four separate times by phone but was unable to get through to anyone, with the system repeatedly stating nobody was available to take the call.
As this phone had been purchased as a birthday gift and the recipient had already sold their previous phone, we had no option but to arrange an emergency repair locally just to make the phone usable. This resulted in an additional £80 repair bill on top of the purchase price.
Despite explaining the circumstances and the failed attempts to contact them, Clove Technology refused any reimbursement or goodwill gesture because the repair was carried out by a third party.
I understand warranty policies exist, but customer service and product quality should also matter. A phone described as “pristine” should not fail almost immediately after setup, and customers should not be left unable to contact support when urgent issues arise.
Overall, this experience has been stressful, expensive, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing refurbished devices from this company.

Positive experience, best prices
I have made two purchases from Clover Technology. Both have been smooth and hassle free. When my first phone had a software problem they accepted the return no questions asked.
Would definitely recommend refurbished items from here.

New phone cancelled
I ordered a phone on a Friday and on the Monday they cancelled my order due to having no stock.
No phone call, no alternatives offered just cancelled.
Perhaps they could think about the consequences of people making arrangement ie buying to phone case etc before juat cancelling an order?

Purchasing Experience
I purchased a Mac Mini , then immediately wanted to swap it for another one before dispatch. I communicated this and it was solved instantly with a friendly response. The experience made me think this would be my first stop if searching for more Apple products in the future - and write this review, which I wouldn't normally bother with in general. Also the Mac was immaculate and good value!

I bought a phone from this company…
I bought a phone from this company though temporarily paid for due in 5 day latest .
But for some reason a day later I was refund saying something wrong with my account. I Asked if they sold it to some else they said no and it was still up for sale.But I checked snd it said sold out so both company's or lieing ? Just don't trust both companies they breaking biding contracts all the time
