Hi,
I have stayed in Club med La Plagne from 22.12 to 29.12.
I have paid for the Souci Insurance €25 but never got email confirmation with the policy number etc. Reception staff were absolutely useless to investigate why. They checked my email address was correct and that was it. I am going to Club Med La Rosier in a couple of weeks and need to get this insurance sorted. Can you help?
