Horrible quality clothes
The clothes were sent EVENTUALLY all screwed up in a small package and the clothes are absolutely crap so I will be sending them back ASAP. Please do not order from this place they do not answer any messages sent and I don't know how I will send the stuff back ( if any one knows please let me know) but I will just find an address and if I don't get my money back let my bank deal with claiming my 69 pounds

Even one star is wasted. Their online order and its logistics needs to be upgraded. They cancelled my order twice without the email notification and their customer service is terrible. Not shopping here ever again.

Placed an order for a final sale item. After a week it didn't ship. Called CM, and they said their inventory on their website is not updated or accurate they only update it on 'occasion'. Another week goes buy and CM cancels the order but I was not notified, no email, no call. However, I am still being charged for the item. At this point I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Ever since the company got bought out by a private equity firm the customer service, quality and operational practices has gone downhill. Proceed with caution.

They charged return fee for $16 for one item. This was the first time to shop at Club Monaco but will be the last time to shop here. There is no store where I live, so I had to order online. The customer service was not very helpful either! Bye!

The worst service ever
The worst service ever. I placed an order back in middle of June and no update. Called the customer service and promised the item will be shipped out by the following Wednesday. Nothing happened till Friday and called back on the following Monday. I was shocked to find out that the order was cancelled due to out of stock. No email notification, NOTHING! This is unbelievable.
No product received no refund issued
3-4 day ship timeline. Said my order shipped may 5, only was a shipping label was created, nothing actually sent, has been 12 days nothing has changed. Company refusing to refund me. Poor customer service, claiming I need to wait longer, but my shipping timeline has surpassed and the company isn’t sending anything.

Wrong item and a month later still no refund
Didn't have my size in store so store shipped it to me. Wrong sweater. Can't send me return label. That software has been down for a month! (Right after xmas...maybe they just don't want returns). Pay UPS to send it back myself after 20 minute call w Club monaco customer service girl who was beyond rude. At end of call she says I should follow tracking bc once return arrives to CM they don't automatically give me a refund and I'll have to call customer service to get my refund! CS only open M to F till 7 pm. This is bordering on thievery. $400 for the wrong, ugly sweater and a month later still no refund . Disgusting horrible customer service
Do not shop online, just frustration!
I came to Trustpilot to leave a review and found so many with same disappointment as mine. HORRIBLE online shop experience. 14 days here 14 days there and you follow up several times about your refund. They shipped me incorrect goods + an used garment. I used to love Club Monaco, but this experience certainly made me change my future shopping experiences.
Horrible Customer Service from Club Monaco - Three Months and counting for a refund?????
I would like to pass along my extreme disappointment in the customer service that I have experienced from dealing with Club Monaco.
I placed an order with Club Monaco on October 27th, 2024.
On October 29th I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I then ordered from another online store. On October 30th I received another email saying my order was NOT cancelled and would be shipped. I immediately called and was told that they would try and cancel the order and that someone would get back to me within 24 - 48 hours. No one got back to me. My order arrived without any tracking numbers or anything to even say my order was shipped. My visa was charged!! I tried to return. I spoke to multiple people. I was told I could return to a store (the closest one an 8-hour drive from me) otherwise I would have to wait 14 days for a refund after receiving my return. I received a return label for Canada Post Tracking # ***************774
I was driving to London, Ontario in November and felt I maybe could return to a store there and get my money immediately but there is no store in London, Ontario so I shipped Canada Post. The shipment left London, Ontario on November 14th. I have all of the emails associated with the tracking number. I received an email saying the parcel had been shipped back from Club Monaco associated with the tracking number. The email said "once we receive it, we'll process it and issue your refund. This can take up to 14 business days" Canada Post went on strike - I asked Club Monaco about the looming postal strike when they sent the return label but was told Canada Post was the only option. The shipment was delivered to Club Monaco December 19th, 2024. I received another email stating “we have received your return and are working to quickly process it and issue your refund. This can take up to 14 business days".
I waited until January 10th, 2025 and called Club Monaco. I was told that a refund for two of the items would be requested!!! When I disputed that the person checked again and sent another email saying three of three items would be refunded but there would be an $8 return fee deducted -- first I heard of that!! The person also told me to wait an additional 10 days!!!!!!!! And that they would send me an email so that I had something in writing! I had something in writing from December 19th but that didn't do any good because apparently, they are a different department!! Imagine the silliness of that for your customer. C. (customer service rep) told me that the warehouse has 14 days but then when the customer calls the customer service department, there is an additional 10 days. The thing in writing that I received from C. was that the refund would be REVIEWED!!!! within 7 -10 days.
In the past three months I have dealt with Lululemon, Michael Kors, Amazon and Simons and all of them, when there was a return, I had my money within 10 days. Every one of them. Club Monaco has been nothing short of horrendous to deal with. They now have had my money since October, my returned goods since December 19th and no sign of my money being returned. I am so tired of fighting with them to have my money returned to me. Is that the game? Let's make it so difficult for our customers that they will just give up. Sorry - I am not giving up. Send me my refund!!!
Do not order online
Placed an order on December 27th. Received confirmation that I placed my order. On January 2nd a week later, I sent an email inquiring if my order had shipped and did not receive email back. On January 3rd, I called customer service and spoke to "Monique" who stated my order had not shipped yet and it could take 14 business days to ship. I am going out of town soon and concerned my order would arrive while I'm out of town as it could be serval more weeks for it to arrive. I asked if I could please cancel my order at which time Monique became very condescending and there was no way to cancel my order. The best I could do is wait for it to arrive and return it back once Received provided it meets their requirements and conditions for return. I politely told Monique that I felt this was pretty poor customer service. She said "is there anything else I can help you with today" at which time i thanked her and chose to end the all as it was going nowhere. I do not recommend online orders from Club Monaco. Will not be ordering again.

My boyfriend and I had a bad experience with the staff. It happened today at around 17:00. We were looking for a coat for my boyfriend. The sales clerk (?French/European, with glasses) attended to us. She seems to be uninterested and unaccommodating btw. My boyfriend felt like he was being looked down based on the clothes he was wearing.
Anyway, we found a very nice coat that we liked and my bf asked something about the manufacturer. The attendant did not answer him; instead, she went straight to a room and burst out laughing. Her colleague attended to us, dismissing my bf’s question and asking if we were going to buy it. My bf decided to buy it anyway. The lady went to the room (where her colleague is) and when she opened the door we heard them laughing…
This is unbelievable!! We never felt so discriminated. Seriously? Your staff need some training in PR and you need to screen them properly before employing them.

Your service is terrible
Your service is terrible! This product was ordered December 13th. On the December 20th, the product was not received and no tracking number was provided so i reached out to your customer service. They pulled the fedex tracking number which showed that the label was created but the item hadn't been shipped. I asked for a refund at this time because this was a Christmas gift. They refused to do anything. They told me that I had to wait for 14 days before they could do anything for me. They also said they were going to reach out to your shipping department to find the status of the item. One week went by, i heard nothing back despite a promise to hear back from them. I called 10 days after, the shipping status was still the same. At this point, I was issued a refund. So basically, i ordered a Christmas gift on December 13, Club Monaco took my money and didn't ship the product! Your customer service is terrible. Your reps can't even solve a logistics problem. Absolutely terrible service for a company that sells "premium products". I will never shop at Club Monaco

don't ever order anything online if you want to receive it. You order online because it is not located in a store near you. Black Friday sales at 40% off but you never receive a confirmation email, and 3 weeks after the order they cancel it saying they no longer have the item in stock. What is that but utterly ridiculously poor customer service!
