HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Clothing runs very small so I emailed them and wanted to do an exchange for a bigger size. You can't do a return through the website, you have to email them and they will give you the return address. It took 4 emails before they responded. I finally got an email back and now I've sent another 4 emails asking if they received my return and when my new order will ship. One of the worst customer service teams I have ever encountered.

Terrible customer service

I purchased a sweater only to realize there was a hole in it. Store manager gaslight me and blamed me for it and refused to refund me. Their customer service email is no longer in service. I received a different email after calling them but they provided me a different email to reach out to. Still no response.

Scam company!!

Scam company!!! Bought a top, they didn't even send it. Emailed them three times and they finally sent me a tracking link - that was fake.

Called my bank and they'd also put a subscription on my card, so they were planning to take money every month!!!

They do not send my packages after 10…

They do not send my packages after 10 days, and when I called customer service, they told me to wait for an extra 14 days, and after that, we discussed whether we would reship it or not! However, I want it as a birthday gift, and customer service does not give me any solution.

I wanted to buy online shopping the 3…

I wanted to buy online shopping the 3 times but unfortunately I couldn’t do it.I sent my account number and all information on my account but they didn’t accept it.
The bad thing was they charged me for one time without any order number and details about my purchase it was so frustrating.I sent email but nothing so l called my banking department and I resolved it.
The customer services was so disappointing.

club monaco is the worst regarding the refund . if you return the clothes and do not call back to ask for refund, you never get refund ! It is the only online purchase i have difficulty to get the refund !

Don't Buy CM Online!

On December 23, 2023, I purchased five pieces of clothing. Upon receiving them, none of them fit. A paper tag fell off one of the clothes, so I had to tape it back in place, but all other pieces were intact, unworn, and packaged in their original packaging. Orders were sent to them using the return label provided by them in early January, 2024. After contacting them twice, I was informed that my refund request had been denied. There was no further information provided. As they kept telling me, they do not have control over the warehouse. No updates were provided, and they kept the clothes and money. I have never received an email or any updates. The Club Monaco brand is becoming increasingly sketchy.

TERRIBLE

Club Monaco should stop with online sales until they can figure out their logistics system. I sent back a return in October, received email confirmation of the return in November and am still waiting for refund to be issued. One of the items from that order was just never shipped, when I checked in on status I was told it would ship within 10 days. That was 1st week of November - still waiting on the final item from my order as well for my refund to be issued. IT IS INSANE THAT CLUB MONACO HAS SUCH A DYSFUNCTIONAL ONLINE SALE SYSTEM --- EVERY OTHER MAJOR RETAILER HAS MANAGED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SHIP AND HANDLE RETURNS FOR ONLINE SALES

NEVER EVER SHOP AT CLUB MONACO

NEVER, EVER order from Club Monaco. Ordered on November 18th and got charged. It's now December 20th and no updates, no package, no nothing. Called and waiting 40 minutes for a customer service agent who told me she had to submit a request to management. USELESS. They've had my money for over a month and are totally unresponsive.

Worst online shopping experience ever

In store Customer Service is nice. BUT the ONLINE service is one of the worst I've ever experienced! it's like their system is at least 10 years behind industry standard. I got email about orders being partially canceled, but the email has zero order infomation, why? Contact them by email, never get response. Online chat is close to never available... finally someone is with you and you can immediately feel that they are not as patient as other CS representatives and they are quite rude in commucations. I have another order that shows beging processed for early a month... and just can't get more details about it.

I usually don't take a moment to write a review, esp. poor review. But given the popularity of Club Monaco, and that I've been shopping there on and off for 10+ years, I just feel their online CS is unreasonably poor and way behind what it should've be.

Improvements Needed

Hi CM! Just wanted to give my feedback on a recent experience online at CM. I ordered something over a month ago online, 1 item showed up and I got an email notification that the rest was on its way. 3 weeks later there was zero communication to me on the 3 items. I tracked the package which directed me back to the website. I sent 4 emails to customer service inquiring about the remaining items with zero response 1 week later. I finally called customer service and an amazing customer support person Nicole explained that the items were out of stock. She was very helpful. I just think the lack of communication, the lack of response time and zero update on my items being out of stock is not what I would expect from a brand like CM. The company needs to work on their customer service and e-commerce platforms as a lot was missed. Thank you to Nicole for getting to the bottom of the situation.

Refund not credited

I received my order which was not to my liking so I returned it (as instructed by the return policy), received a return receipt from Club Monaco, but was never credited for the refund. I will not buy from this business or any associated companies in the future and I warn others as well.

I’m never ordering or buying anything…

I’m never ordering or buying anything from Club Monaco ever again. I bought a pair jeans 3 weeks ago and never received them. Customer service is horrible! When I called trying to find out what happened to my order I was told they haven’t shipped yet and there was no further information. Then several days later I get an email that my order was canceled. Horrible horrible customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

TERRIBLE customer service

I ordered an item that clearly has defective fabric. Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews first which reveal this to be a common problem. After 3 wears, the seat of the pants if completely pilled. They didn't respond to my email request to return it so I called. After 30 minutes on hold, I finally spoke to someone who said they couldn't accept a return because they don't guarantee their products. I asked for a supervisor. She kept talking over me when I calmly tried to explain the situation saying that won't accept a return because it had been worn and washed. She accused me of washing it "multiple times" which isn't true and I never said that. Plus s In a separate issue, it's been over 4 weeks since they confirmed receipt of my return of a different item and they still haven't processed my refund. Beware of ordering from this company.

Worst experience

I ordered from Club Monaco , worst ever experience , will never ever buy from them . They send the partial order after 20 days and when I contacted them to update about the other remaining items they told me that they didn’t have in stock , they charge for the entire order and didn’t refund unless I asked them to do . Worst customer service by the agent online .

Not worth the hassle

I should have gone with my initial instinct. I went online to order a cardigan I have but in a different color. When I went to check out online, the website wouldn’t bring me to the page to enter my credit card information. I called customer service and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer, the rep let me know that they were aware of the website issues. Unfortunately, the rep did not know when the website issue would be resolved and did not know how long the current sale would be going on. The following day I was able to go online and purchase the cardigan. This was November 18th. By November 23rd, I sent an email to ask when the order would be shipped. After no response and now November 30th when my account still said order processing, I called customer service. My wait this time was 30 minutes, only to discover my order had been cancelled because it is now out of stock.

No price adjustments and extremely long wait time

I purchased a jumpsuit in the store yesterday knowing it was too big. It was Black Friday and it was on sale with an extra 60% off. I asked my salesperson if she could located one in my size before I made my purchase.
She shrugged her shoulders and said all they had was what was in store. After trying it back on at home I realized the alterations were going to be too expensive to justify the sale price. I went online and I found one in my size (my salesperson could have done this for me). However, it was only 40% off the sales price. I decided to purchase it anyway thinking surely they would make a price adjustment via customer service for the same price as the one I had purchased the day before.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes the customer service representative quite frankly told me they would not make any kind of price adjustment.
Most of my work clothes are from Club Monaco. Not any more. Between the way I was treated in the store and then the way I was treated by the customer service department. I will not go back in that store again. After reading these reviews I’m concerned about what I just purchased online. Worst customer service ever. Take your business to Nordstroms where they value their customers.

Don’t shop here!

If you are shopping online, you won’t be able to return the products. The purchase will come without shipping confirmation and without invoice. You can’t return the item in store without invoice and if you try to do it online you will always get the message “unable to complete your return”. The link to the order number info just lead to the main website.
Customer service is terrible and rude, provided no explanation, no assistance and will let you run around a circle until your return time limit runs out.
I used to like their products many years ago but now the quality of their products have gone downhill hence the reason why many people want to return their products
Club Monaco has turned into a scam.
