THE WORST customer service if you return clothes
Bought clothes. Returned clothes. Received only $212 of the $468 refund to which Club Monaco agreed I was entitled. Complained. Told to wait a month. Replied that I couldn't wait a month. Told to wait a month anyway. Money never arrived. Complained. Told to wait some more.

My first and last time with Club Monaco
I have heard of this brand several times from friends, so I decided to give it a try and placed my order on clubmonaco.com. However, to my disappointment, when the unlined coat, valuing at 170 dollars, had a small hole on the left shoulder. (order #5328001855)
Since I am in China, I can not return it but contact the customer service through website asking for email discussion so I could send them the pics. I was told to be contact within 24 hours but now it's been like 96 hours with no reply.
This simply is not the right attitude a brand should have when dealing with product quality issues. This probably is my last time with Club Monaco.
