My family had the BEST time participating in this Clueed Up event! We loved the theme (Beauty & the Beast) & the clues & interrogations were so well thought out! 5 stars! We’ll definitely be doing another one!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Beauty and the Beast experience was unfortunately not what we expected. I wouldn’t want to elaborate on the situation. I emailed customer service right there and then, and within minutes (maybe even seconds) I received a reply and Paul was able to remedy the issue. He was soo quick and kind and we look forward to going on our next scavenger hunt.

Possibly a scam... Be very very very careful if you buy an event from CluedUpp. They send you so much spam emails you can easily miss your gameday instructions. In my case the system sent me the wrong date and location so I missed my gameday. Very disappointing... THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT - BE ADVISED. Poor customer service experience.

2. Couldn't make the event, the weather was more than rain, trainlines had cars floating on them. All public transport in my area in Scotland called off. When I emailed them, was told people like to play their games in all weather.
Their website says they offer refunds based on weather, but apparently needing noahs ark a d swimming gear dosent cut it.

Customer Service is top notch. I had to swap on the day of the event and I received an immediate response with instructions how to book for another event. Looking forward to attending the next one!

I did the mistake of opting out of all emails, even the ticket email, a bit silly that i was so easy to do that, but they where so fast in responding and helping that it hardly matters :)

Who on earth is writing these five star reviews? I honestly cannot believe anyone enjoyed being ripped off by an over-priced app missold as an ‘immersive experience’. It’s extortion, aimed at busy parents who don’t have the chance to research.

Just completed Beauty and the Beast hunt. What a fun way to engage the whole family! I brought 12 people and we went all out! Costumes and a themed dinner and Beauty and Beast movie afterwards.
Scavenger hunt was hunt and engaging. My only complaint was the game itself was not super kid friendly for younger kids. Mine that played were 8 and 6 and 5. They got a little bored. Wish was just more kid friendly, but overall a great way to spend an afternoon!! Thanks for a wonderful time! Memories made for sure 😊

Such a fun event! Everyone playing downtown and enjoying themselves made it even more worth it!

sends you 3 spam emails per day. Absolutely annoying. And you can't unsubscribe until your event happened otherwise they won't send you the details. Really trashy.

I completed one of the CluedUpp games a few months ago and yesterday I received an email letting me know about City Quests. I loved the first quest I completed (Alice in Wonderland) so booked in to try another one. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong location and didn't notice until after I had paid. I emailed the customer support and in just over an hour I had a reply with a code to transfer my booking to the new location at no additional cost. Excellent customer service and excellent quests. Thank you

I will say the game was fun for what it is. You can turn on AR for better experience. However, first time player and not a leader you need to learn fast with mini games and the storyline. After an hour to learn the game it becomes fun. I will question the developers with certain locations in my town/city. It is not the cleanest nor the safest location in town even though I did meet other players. Wish I could suggest other towns.

We did Beauty and the Beast.
No interactive play, outside of tons reading and walking. A lot like Pokémon Go!, in the sense of waking butbvery monotonous. My kids who love playing Pokémon Go! didn't enjoy this at all and neither did me or my husband. After 5-10 minutes of play we ended the game. No sound, just tons of reading which is fine for some, but we personally don't enjoy just standing around reading and walking. Not worth the $80 (normal cost), not even worth the $40 we paid. Too bad it is not refundable.

Maisie rapidly responded to an email communication I sent stating I had not received my instruction message. More than likely so did. However she provided the requested information and I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service.

What a great concept these games are. We participated in the Beauty and the Beast and enjoyed the hunt. It was a little mature for our 4th graders- so maybe an age category could be created? A LOT of reading with 7 young Belle's the attention span just wasn't there. Us adults truly enjoyed it! All in all, a fun day!
