I can see this has many good reviews but we stopped after 20 minutes. I did it with my wife, daughter and my daughters boyfriend. The communication about the game was good but also surrounded by many marketing mails for other games and special offers. This is over marketing particularly as I hadn’t played a game. We all signed in the day before as allowed and started the game. There was an interesting introduction which we read on the park and rode into Bath. When we reached our first location though there was just teams of text and actions that you just seemed to have to click all of them for. The locations we visited didn’t seem make use of the surroundings and the fact that we were in Bath seemed incidental. I couldn’t read so much text on a phone in a busy street and pick up clues that make any sense. If there was a game that has clues and riddles based on the surroundings that you can explore a city I would love to play. However that is not what this wizzarding experience was. If you want to read a load of text and play some simple app games that has nothing to do with the location then play this game.

Great communication, quick to respond, information is clear, high quality app content to games.

Fabulous events and the best customer service!

Don't trust this company! They will take your money and never send you any information. I tried contacting them at least 10x but never once did they reply back. Good thing I paid with PayPal I was able to put a claim in and receive my money back! Never again will I use this company! Horrible! Run.....

After having to reschedule our first event (WONDERFUL customer service, btw) we embarked on the Witchcraft & Wizardry: Murder By Magic game in Central Park. It was clever and easy to follow in the app. I would absolutely recommend this experience!

We had a blast when we played the Alice In Wonderland virtual game in kissimmee, Fl! It was the first time we had ever played anything like this. It was super fun and easy to navigate! The fun was seeing all the other teams in costumes and looking around for the clues. We loved it so much we signed up for another game!!

Excellent customer service via email. Very responsive and went above and beyond my expectations.

Bit disappointed. Unsure what my expectations were but... I expected there to be more from this experience. We literally walked around Burnley going back n forth. The kids were bored ...we gave up after an hour and went for a coffee. Would be better for it to be organised as a proper event so there were real life characters to interact with instead of everything being on your phone. Maybe just adults would be a better experience as there are pub locations where you could pause the game and do it like that but for the kids. I wouldn't do one again.

Clued Upp have brilliant customer service - every time I have ever had a query or problem, they reply to my emails in record time and always offer a speedy solution to my problem! Fantastic fun days out, I highly recommend.

Such a fun family event to get us out to explore our own city and have some family fun - our whole family helped out and had a blast - keep looking forward to the new themes they come out with! Also, customer service is always amazing and responds very quickly whenever you have a question or glitch - thank you so much for the adventures !

My fiance was convinced that this was something he was being dragged to for me. He LOVED it! We both had such a great time between playing the game, getting compliments on our costumes, seeing other people's costumes, and winning best dressed! I can't wait until we do the next one!!!

What a great idea!!! We had such a great time getting familiar with areas of Pittsburgh that were unfamiliar to us and solving the mystery. Even the kids were focused the whole way which is a monumental feet over 2 1/2 hours. Great family fun! Can’t wait to do it again!

Biggest waste of time!
What an absolute waste of time & money.
The app didn’t work on my phone properly despite swatching the numerous videos.
Far too much reading - absolutely NOT child friendly as advertised. Nothing at all to do with the location - no clues in the environment etc just constantly looking at your phone.
The biggest waste of time, money & energy. Couldn’t wait for it to end and was embarrassed by the poor quality as it was me who suggested it to friends.

When asking questions they replied back fast.

We had such a blast at our first CluedUpp game! We didn’t have any idea what to expect, and it was everything we could have hoped for: fun, interactive, challenging, rewarding. We’re going to book the next one right now!

Customer service was prompt and very helpful. Game was a lot of fun. My whole family wnjoyed

We were due to do the Witchcraft & Wizardry game tomorrow in Chesterfield, however, Chesterfield and the surrounding areas are currently flooded following the torrential rain caused by storm Babet. The retail park in Chesterfield is currently under water. The main road into Chesterfield is under water. I contacted Clued Up to express concern and was told unless a red weather warning is declared the game will proceed. How?! How can the game safely proceed? Roads are closed / submerged. Businesses and homes are ruined. We can’t physically / safely get to Chesterfield to take part. As a result I must spend more money to buy a flex pass so I can get a gift voucher that will last 12 months to use on another game. No other games listed of Chesterfield! So basically spend more money to lose the money I’ve already lost? Disgusting attitude considering the severity of what is happening at the moment. Profit over the safety of your customers.

Although we have not made it to the event I can't fault the customer service.
We needed to change our event. The team were brilliant and the process was simple, and for just a small amount of cash.

The customer service at CluedUpp is exceptional and this is so refreshing. We can’t wait to use our game in London and after a user error issue, Grace solved this for us within minutes of receiving my email. Thank you and recommend!!

I'm always very nervous and anxious when I have to reach out for help and contact costumer service, she made it easier and I wanted her to get the recognition she deserves :D a big 5 star for me :D
