Leigh was extremely responsive in helping me use my flex pass to change events from Beauty & the Beast to two upcoming events. The speed at which she addressed my inquiry is impressive!

We missed our deadline I could not find the info anywhere and while surfing online today I found it I had booked for a big youth group a pity there was no email reminder

Although the experience was good, various character locations were inside private buildings or sites and thus, access was restricted, leading us to use the time penalties to be able to continue the game.

Absolute waste of money. Don't bother. The location was a awful park in dammam. No signs, no staff, no indication of anything happening there. We expected to see some characters maybe even a poster or a cardboard cut out but it was just a normal park with nobody around. This is definitely daylight robbery. Everything is on the phone. The kids didn't find it fun and neither did we and we ended up leaving after 30mins. We didn't even play in the park there as it was so bad. Don't waste your money or time. These people are really smart...charging you for doing absolutely nothing; just sending you some emails and spamming you with emails you don't need.

I bought tickets to the recent event in Kansas City. I never received an email with the instructions on where and when to go. I emailed the company twice and have received no response. Be prepared to be scammed out of your money.

We had a blast trying to solve the Beauty and the Beast mystery. This is our second CluedUpp event and both have been extremely well done and a load of fun. Such a great way to explore a city and perfect for all ages. Can't wait to do another one in the future!

We have done all of their games and had a blast every time — since 2019, from California to Germany. Their customer service is very prompt, helpful, and kind.

I love the events! They offer wholesome family bonding time. The kids can still be on thier electronics, but they are working together to find clues.

Received great customer service when we were unable to attend the event we purchased, immediate response and clear and fast resolution to reuse our tickets another time.

Purchased witchcraft and wizardry with flex pass. We wete not able to attend on the day. I sent an email and voucher for 12 months to change event was sent immediately. Hassle free.

What a fun outdoor activity to do with friends! We've had a blast with all the events, and it's fun to dress up and explore downtown.

We were excited to do the Beauty and the Beast Hunt. We thought there was going to be real people and a real stuff we would be collecting to win. However, it is all digital. We found ourselves walking through not so good areas and alleys while following the map. After 2 long hours of walking back and forth, surprisingly we won with the fastest time. We thought we would get a decent prize but the only prize is a free ticket to do it again. Frankly I will never do this again and I regret spending money on it in the first place.

Keep well clear , don’t waste your money .We travelled an hour to a Chester Alice in wonderland event , the Xmas markets were on so we couldn’t get near to the clues for market stalls , and outside the markets there was absolutely no internet access for any of our networks so we couldn’t load the app waste of time . Emailed them 3 times they don’t respond , be warned .

Honestly I could have played this at home and it wouldn’t have been any different.

My wife and I have played a few different types of these games and this is by far the worst. Looked promising to start and the interface is good. But that’s where the positives stopped.

The game didn’t take into account the location at all, we could have been anywhere it didn’t matter.

As someone else mentioned there is so much text to read on a phone in a busy street. This doesn’t make it fun, you’re each just reading your phone outside.

The challenges were poorly explained and again overly complicated.

We honestly couldn’t finish it as it was so tedious. Quit and went to the National Portrait Gallery, 10x the experience and it was free.

I love this type of game but if you’re looking for something that is challenging but interacts with your surroundings then avoid this company. There are much better versions out there! Or even just hit an escape room it’ll be much more enjoyable.

Recently tried out CluedUpp Games murder by magic in our local town. It certainly was fun, but it felt it needed a person or two at the beginning of it to fully explain it. A few mistakes where made by us not fully understanding what we where doing.

Extremely disappointed in the event. Thought there would be some physical elements to the game and it would actually be a challenge to answer some of the clues. I think if I were with a child they would have found some of the questions/clues take longer than 30 seconds to figure out, but not by much. You don’t find anything out about the event until the day of, beyond a starting position and time. You can’t get a refund and it’s pretty obvious to me now why that is- everyone would want a refund.
I thought that because the event was being held in my city on a certain day, there would be some kind of physical interactive element/display/anything. But no. I’m not even sure the person who designed the game even visited the city, it’s something someone probably made using google maps street view. The app is terrible, not user friendly at all. Definitely not worth the money and advertising was false and misleading.
Won’t be buying again or recommending this to others.

Purchased a ticket, received order confirmation/receipt but never received the instructions for the game, and they didn’t return my email. It was a gift for a friend and ended up being nothing.
