Good service. It arrived the next day as promised. The only fault I can find is that it did not have the company name or unit on the parcel, and so the poor delivery person had to knock at all the units.
Other than that, very good.

Helpful and efficient service from people who understand what they are selling. Ordered three HiWatch cameras on Friday and arrived Monday (next working day) with free delivery.
All installed and working by mid-afternoon without any problems. I know from having dealt with CMAC in the past that, if there had been any issues, their "customer care" is very good.

CMAC CCTV processed my order quickly and efficiently and gave lots of updates as to where my order was in the process, something lacking in many online stores.

I had an issue with the courier (the van had an accident and then they lost my parcel) and it is when these issue happen that you really get an idea of how the customer services are of the company you are dealing with.

I am happy to report CMAC CCTV were excellent in handling this issue, they dealt with the courier and once it was obvious the parcel had been lost rapidly sent out another that arrived he next day (and on a Saturday)

I would be happy to use these guys again (and will soon) and recommend them to anyone

Purchased the door entry system VDP607 as a replacement for an existing system that had failed and was impressed with its standard features and the ability to expand at a later date. item was well packaged and delivery as expected.
